They need to put the f***ing puck on net!!!! Stop dicking around and waiting for the perfect opportunity right in front. They had a million opportunities to shoot it at the end of the period and ended up without a shot on goal.

Actually it's pretty embarrassing how cocky this team is making Ottawa and the fans.

Worst period of hockey I've ever seen from a #1 seed in the playoffs. Team full of chokers. It's sad. So ****ing sad.

Anderson is so in their heads its not even funny. Now we know what Hank generally does to opposing teams, and how they must feel. This game will end in another shutout for Anderson, Id put money on it.

Dont complain about the offense..I told you guys we need a scorer that the playoffs were a different beast where Defense tightens up more than in the regular season and many here said no leave the team as is..now you gotta live and die with it..so dont complain about offense. Its the offense many were comfortable with.

Every single fan who wants the team to "stay the course"? This is what staying the course gets you. We have no ****ing scoring. Nowhere in the system do we have any real, legitimate scoring. Not the type that we need, really. We need a legitimate sniper.

Stay the course. What a joke that is.

As soon as Kreider is rested from a shift, put him back out there.

Dave Maloney ‏ @DaveMaloneyMSG

A rinky-dink roughing call costs NYR a goal here.A concussion inducing non-call cost NYR a player in game 5

Its not even this crap goalie Anderson goalie at dumb Ottawa fans think are better than Hank. Its the lack of quality shots.. All 60 mph wristers to the chest. Where is Gayborik tonight? Coasting along the boards.

Good to see Mitchell on the last minute of that powerplay. Guy has never scored a Power Play goal in his career, definitely due!

All you people who have given up right now and say we won't score, don't bother posting once the game is over if we win. This team has found away to win battles this year, give your team a ****ing chance before giving up.

If Mitchell continues to get PP time while Kreider doesn't I will literally start cheering for a new team. Okay, maybe not, but I follow the rest of the league enough to consider it and not be disappointed by the result. Right now losing will hurt but losing without scoring, while John ****ing Mitchell gets REGULAR PP time is not acceptable. The guy is a 13th forward; he shouldn't even be CONSIDERED on the PP.

When this team gets knocked out of the playoffs next year in the first round, will Torts get canned then? His personnel changes astonish me, especially for the PP.

Don't blame the Rangers for that. The Sens and their fans have always been incredibly cocky. I can already smell the hot air coming from them.

Pretty soon, Melnyck will whip out his Cup guarantee.

It's nuts how much the NBC announcers are on Neils dick.

2 periods. We need a huge speech from Torts. That is all.

The only players that should be on the team next season are Callahan, Kreider, Hagelin, McDonagh, MDZ, Girardi and Hank. That is all.
