Making money has always seemed to be their M.O., you wonder why they haven't caught on to this yet.....
Come on Ernie have a heart, they have to pay Rotten Ronnie his 1.5 severance next year, the money only goes so far.

i agree, it's quite sad...i have leafs tv and it's absolute crap - if they actually cared to show the marlies games live that would certainly help redeem it...

D'Amigo Lighting it up.

5 goals now in the first two and a half playoff games as Toronto goes for the sweep. GO Marlies! Let's get out to support them live guys. It's good affordable playoff hockey.

Kadri and D'Amigo are looking great out there. Frattin is Frattin, just a beast of a kid. Gards, Percy, Muller looking sturdy as well. Colborne, you can tell his hand is bothering him.

Good game so far. Need to close out this final 20!

I'd like to experiement with a 3rd line next season of D'Amigo-?-Frattin at the NHL level. I think they would benefit from a veteran centre but the both strike me as guys who can develop into solid secondary scorers for the big club.

Send a message via AIM to Bravid Nonahan
I'd keep him in the AHL next year and see if he can further develop his scoring touch at the pro level, although I wouldn't be at all surprised to see him in 10-15 games with the Leafs. I said in another thread, I think he could be a Darren Helm type player.

I see the point in that, see if he can get closer to a PPG down there it definitely looks like he can make that step. What I like about him, and Frattin for that matter, is that they aren't the biggest guys but they are built like trucks and drive the net consistently.

Jerry's a beast. Been a huge fan of this kid for a long time and he always stuck out to me in every game I've seen him in.

Don't expect him to be on the team next year- his scoring touch still needs sharpening and he's still only 20.

Just tuned in. Is Kadri this bad, or an off game?

Gotta think Holzer is getting a look next year. He's so solid in close around the net, gobbles up any rebounds. Reminds me of a Suter-lite.

Kadri trying to be pretty... kid really pisses me off sometimes.

You just tuned in and you are instantly asserting that Kadri is having an off game based on your ten seconds of viewing. Seems flawed

Kadri is good. He's been decent tonight.
