I think he was talking about Thomas and his 'stache, given the photo at the top is with a full beard and Thomas seems to be keeping the 'stache this season.

I don't recall Tuna being a Thomas nickname, and doesn't make sense other than the alliteration, but whatevs.

I think it's trending to be a 1 or 2 OT battle

I ran into Tigger after game 6, and he thinks the B's are a lock. Then he had a few too many and started going on and on about the mid-20s Hamilton Tigers, and I had to walk away.

On the forward side of things, we can only hope Seguin starts to fill the net more now that the goose egg has finally been broken.

On a side note, does anyone else feel that our forwards have given Green and Wideman free passes in their own end. They don't seem to be finishing checks on those two.
I don't know most of the time I'm watching the game with such angst that I have my eyes shut.

Saw that it may be a Schultz-Wideman pairing and that Aucoin stays in while Knuble and Ward are out.

This is from Caps board d pairs in practice:

Alzner-Carlson; Hamrlik-Green; Schultz-Wideman; Erskine-Orlov.

I just thought about this game and immediately felt sick. Good thing I'm scheduled for meetings from 9:30 - 12:00, and 1:30 - 3:30 tomorrow. Keep the mind occupied.

The Bruins site says 7:30pm game time now when it said TBD before. Is 7:30 official now?

Thomas has let a few in that he shouldn't have, but not that
last game.

Has Holtby ?
Hoping the pressure gets to Holtby, and that all the B's play to
their potential, and a few hit the score sheet.

Me too. I think if it is a more than 1 goal difference it will be a regulation loss and the other team scored an empty netter.

Thomas needs to bring his Conn Smythe winning game tomorrow. And the whole forward corps needs to channel a sniper and get some pucks past Holtby.

Maybe Seguin needs to aim for his head every time.

Holtby is starting to give up nice rebounds i say we po 3-5 on him. depending how our pk does / officiating will determin how man the Capitals score...

I think he has always given up nice rebounds-problem is the Caps are holding, holding sticks and generally making it almost impossible to get in front and get a stick on the puck.

But either way Holtby gives up a lot of rebounds and the Bruins need to find there way in and clean up the garbage.

Ference scored 2 goals because he has the right idea. Rushing right down the middle to clean up rebounds got him 2 goals and got us a win. More Bruins need to be doing that.
