Also, someone push Dancing Larry over the ledge. Make sure he does not finish his dance or we are doomed.

idk, messier's retired. kind of lame to be honest, id rather do something relevant to the people on the ice to keep them hyped.

Gaborik and Richards both tweeted asking for us to 'take them home' and be very loud, we should do our team justice not pay homage (just my opinion)

I'm thinking a countdown for sure, and a chant.. Then just our usual lets go rangers.

Haha, well Messier is three syllables so it wouldn't sound exactly the same.

how about just blow the roof off the garden with non-stop LGR chants?

I gotta admit, from a TV viewer's standpoint the Garden has sounded pretty quiet this series

I want a full length parody version of "What Would Brian Boitano Do?" from the South Park movie, with lyrics altered to apply to Brian Boyle. And I want the whole Garden to sing the whole thing, at the same time, at least once each period.

GO.

We could always target individual players... like if they are in the box, get into a fight, etc, we could chant directly at them with something.

Just as examples:

Neil: "Keep your head down" clap clap clap-clap-calp
Michalek: "We kick harder"
Alphie: "Mess is better"
Silfverberg: "Our swede's better
"

These are the best so far!

How about we step outside of the shadow of 1994 and Mark Messier?

Dogging on Neil would be the best bet.

GO.
What would Brian Boyle do
If he was here right now?
He'd throw Karlsson a rabbit punch or two,
That's what Brian Boyle'd do.

Honestly, fans are too pansy to do something like that. They say it's "too soccer." Screw that, that's how you really go crazy and have real home ice. We'd be different than anyone in the league.
Too Soccer? Jumping during hockey games works fine over here
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...S5G5elo#t=166s
But we do have a "soccer culture".

You could perhaps try one of these. Just a chant, but it's chanted by one side and the others answers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDl8q...ailpage#t=131s

Having stands and not only seats helps.

Thoughts?
this would be epic...except change aflie to "neil touches little boys".

At 2:22, countdown and and chant "Jack-o-Lan-tern" for the rest of the period.

Here we go again. Rangers fans thinking that the live experience at MSG is the pinnacle of life. I beg of thee to go to a big time college sports atmostphere and then reassess.

And yes, I know what my username is. It's catchy...sue me.

Unfortunately, North Americans don't have the ability to chant phrases more than 3 or 4 words long.

Most NA pro sports suck compared to college and European sports. Unfortunately fans think that doing anything outside of "Let's Go ___" or "Go __ Go" or "___ Sucks" or "*******" or "Name of player" or "These Refs Suck" is unacceptable.
