Don't worry, if you sleep more than 8 hours on average there's a good chance you'll also die earlier.
Of course there are plenty of hidden variables within these correlations that can mean a certain lifestyle will lead to a certain amount of sleep, and thus it's not just because of the amount of sleep that causes the 'early' death.

I look at those studies like I look at this graph
In other words they are completely true and tell the whole story haha

Oh crap, that's really poor timing on my part.

The thing that always gets me about that graph is the scale on the x-axis.

Yeah the descending scale made me have to look twice. I like doing things like that when I am giving presentations and at my meetings just to see if people are paying attention ha (they usually aren't
), and its a great way to skew the data to show what you want it to without lying.

I had an MSHA instructor who was also a paramedic tell me that the best way to get rid of a hangover was to use an EpiPen.
I'm not saying you should use one, but I want to find someone willing to do it to see how well it works.

She's the Harry Potter girl. Being that we're around the same age she's kind of always looked the same.

Ha. Well I probably wouldn't have. I saw her on TV and had to start Googling "Emma Harry Potter Girl" because I forgot her last name. Pretty neat. Creepin'.

i used to make my wife angry when i said...
"Can't wait until she's 18. That way I don't feel like a dirty old man for oggling her..."
You could really see how attractive she'd become around the third movie...
