I hope that Stone or Butler will replace Silfverberg, who has probably the same problems like Rundblad.
What were Rundblad's problems?

Silfverberg's issues are not the same as Rundblad's. Rundblad did not take care of his defensive duties well enough with too risky first passes at his own blue.
Silfverberg's 2-way play was not a problem in the last game. He did well. The question though is whether he will be better/worse than the alternatives.
I will leave that to Maclean (he has a very good judgement with regard to players imo) but given that Silfver's defence was good in the last game I am leaning towards him being part of the line up again.

Too many risky plays that rarely work in the NHL. He will adapt, and he will be a really good player.

Hopefully if Silfverberg plays tonight he gets some PP time now that he's had a few practices with the boys

Struggled to having less decision time on the smaller rink and with NHL players. Karlsson had the same growing pains in his first year.

Yes, it's common that swedish players do have some problems adapting to the rink size, the intensity and of course the higher standard of the players. Like a swedish newspaper recently pointed out, players like Näslund, Forsberg, Sundin, Zetterberg and the Sedins did take a season or more to adjust and to become top players.

I really hope Spezza and Milo show the **** up tonight. Giggles has been making me rage quite a bit during this series.

I was hesitant about this game, but with the combined excellence of a Shanny GDT and MS Paint, I've Chang'd my perspective.

I think it's extremely inappropriate to steal the "Do it for Daron" phrase.

I am feeling pessimistic, but will be cheering my heart out. I think they CAN do this - question is will they?
Win or lose, it's been a great season to be a Sens fan. <3

...dude, that saying has been around since ancient times. "Do it for the Lord." "Do it for your King." "Do it for the Flying Spaghetti Monster." I feel for the DIFD initiative and am behind it 100%, but it's not like it owns a copyright on those three words.

I agree. Sometimes we just cross the line.
