Wanted them in the first. I like the matchup with them. They are poor offensively, which I feel we do better against

It's going to be a repeat of the Boston series. So, the luck better hold.

Halpern or Sjogren to match up with Boyle? Who am I kidding it'll be Aucoin.

Is Boyle even going to be back for the next round?

Was hoping the Rags would win. With the Pens out facing the Rags in the playoffs is a nice consolation prize.

If we could beat the bruins, I feel we can best the rangers.

Im much more confident about this matchup.

The freaking Sens took them to 7 games... to add onto the list of many reasons.

I think it'll be more wide open, at least based on how New York plays through the neutral zone. There ought to be more odd man rushes and open ice for the top six.

You know that red haired bully from A Christmas Story? That was the Bruins. You know that little shrimp he rolled with? That's the Rangers.

Not sure, just assuming. Regardless, its been evident that Aucoin is over-matched.

It's a great matchup for you guys. Rangers showed nothing to be scared of, outside of goaltending. In the end Ottawa just didn't have the goal scoring depth that a team like Washington has, yet outplayed the Rangers for large segments of the series.

They are definitely not an intimidating team to play against.

They are not nearly as talented as Boston, come on.

Key matchup of the series: Schultz vs. Dubinsky.

Goalie is just as good. Top pairing may not be as good but depth is better on D. Forwards are better for NYR. Best hope for easier series is they don't hold and commit as many uncalled stick infractions.

That's a formula for complacency for this group.
