Great Series, and lots of luck in the future, you gave us a heck of a series and a heck of a scare.

Congrats guys! After all the trash talking, I feel I can root for you guys again. I'm a big fan of Hank, Gabby, and Girardi.

Best of luck!

Congrats Rangers fans! It was a great, hard fought series and your team deserved it. Good luck the rest of the way and we'll see ya next year!

Eric Staal was great for you guys. You have a gem of a center.

Thanks.

The one thing that I was really surprised by was the removal of Stone from your lineup in favor of Silverberg. Stone looked great in his debut... he had to have been better than someone else in your lineup.

That said... LGR!!! The march to the cup continues.

Honestly the biggest downfall for the Rangers in this series is a dman like Karlson. I'm ecstatic that they won because they obviously aren't facing someone like that the rest of the way.

Wow the Rangers must have the most gracious fans in the NHL!! Congrats to you guys, this was truly a fun series to watch! Yes, we lost and yes Im heartbroken, but we knew we were not the better team. if anything, they taught the rookie Sens learned how to play playoff hockey!

I really hope you guys go all the way. If anyone deserves a cup, its Hank. I'll continue to watch you guys, and hope for more great games, cool chats(you guys come up with the best chants) and epic Brooks/Torts fights!

That "E" stands for "Excellent", not "Eric".

Yeah, I think this series also helped the Rangers young players get some playoff experience. After such a tight series they must feel like this is all normal

Send played great, they have a great future

OP, and other Sens fans, thanks! This series had everything you want in playoff hockey. I know that it hurts now if you are a Sens fan, but man, I like the pieces that squad has going forward. We need to get in our run this year, because the Sens team is going to be a tough out in the future.

I hate Neil and Foligno and Karlsson. And I would love to have them wearing a Blueshirt fighting in the trenches with our guys.

But I hate Dale Hunter even more. We need to beat him down like we did in 86 and 94. That guy is a jerk of the highest order!

Let's Go Rangers!!

Oh, and I will miss you coach and his mustache. That's a great look. His nickname is walrus, right?

I'm always rational with Neil. I hate him and I want to see his career end abruptly on the business end of a hit.

Thanks Sens fans, you are some of the nicest fans on hf. Great series and I think we saved the best for last. Epic game 7.

Handshake was VERY interesting. The guy I hated most (Neil) was congratulating all our guys.. the garden camera was zoomed on him the entire time on the big screen.

The guy I respected most (Anderson) was a complete sore loser and walked straight into the locker room after the buzzer.

just my personal opinion...but if Carl Hagelin wasn't suspended, I believe the Rangers would have swept this series.

Not sure bout the sweep but probably would not have gone 7. He is by far our number one forechecker. His speed and stick control is amazing and gives defensemen hassles in their own zone.

Him and Kreider have very similar skill sets.

Ooh, that's a bit of a stretch. I'm not sure I agree with that, but his speed definitely was welcome when he came back. I'm sure Sens fans would say they may have won the series if Alfredsson hadn't suffered a concussion.

Anyway, classy posts tonight from Senator fans. Can believe you've got so much young talent. You've got Karlsson and Turris who are only 22, yet you even managed to work Silfverberg and Stone into the line-up. Yikes! You're going to be good for a lot of years.

No way. Ottawa is a very good team. They would've taken us to 6 regardless, IMO.

I change my vote to 5 games since we did lose game 2 with Hagelin in the lineup. We lost game 4 and 5, effectively, by 1 goal each. I think Hagelin makes THAT big of a difference.
