Virtual handshakes all around Panthers fans. Could not have been a more even of a series, and I'm amazed I'm still alive after these last two games, my doctor wasn't lying about my triglycerides and cholesterol after all

i can point at one thing and it is very easy for me to identify where we lost this series. We lost this series in the first 10 minutes of game 1 and the first 10 minutes of game 7. That is the difference.

And geez, I thought maybe Flash was just exhausted, but a broken hand?
Huh, Flash had a broken hand? When?

Congrats on a great season guys! Good luck next year. You have an excellent team. A team that I actually would root for because of the scrappy veterans that just won't give up no matter what. You guys are great fans as well. Good luck next year. Thanks for a great series. Unfortunate that someone had to lose. One of the best games I've watched in the longest time.

Really hope to see you guys in it next year and even stronger. Speed kills and I love how your team moves the puck and makes plays.

Much respect from a Sharks fan. The Panthers provided such exciting hockey unlike all these boring clutch and grab trap teams it was really nice to see.

Yeah, what RR said. What sucks is it seems familiar that he got hit in the hand, maybe at the end of the season, but I don't recall which game it was.

Thank you Mr. Tallon and coach Dineen for a great season!!! Hope Tallon has something up his sleeve in the offseason to get us a scoring forward on top of Huberdeau making the team next season. Hope Garrison stays too. Next season can't come soon enough!

If Flash had a broken hand, it makes you wonder why Dineen kept him on the first line. Makes no sense.

Most of Dineen's decisions leaves you scratching your head. A good coach but still.. Sense, this coach makes none.

Was pulling for you guys to make the next round. Taking the Devils to 2OT in game seven is proof that your team sacrifices many things to try to win it all. Congrats on your season from a Preds fan.

Dineen took Flash off the 1st line starting at the beginning of the 3rd period. I actually thought Upshall added a great new dimension playing with Weiss and Versteeg which contributed to the swing in momentum.

Which makes you wonder what took so long? It's not like he broke his hand in the second period. It's probably been broken for as long as he's been missing the practices.

i'm usually in favour of having at least one tougher/grinder type guy on a line so i think having upshall there was a good move. i always felt our 1st line was too much skill and not enough sandpaper

Well that explains all those open nets he missed during this series.

Like RR said, I wonder why he waited so long? He had to know the past couple of weeks what Flash's issue was.

Oh well. Onward and upwards.

Great series guys, the Panthers are going to be scary when Huberdeau and Bjugstad hit their strides (personal rooting interest for Sam Brittain as well). I personally have always loved the rats, so I hope to see them again next year (preferably not against us).
