Right there shows you are complete and utter moron.

The Rangers were constantly pushing the puck up ice in that game. They DOMINATED the caps on the forecheck.

Now if you want to say the Rangers aren't offensively CREATIVE; fine I won't argue that. But the Rangers were constantly dictating the play up ice all game.

Damn know nothing.

Somebody needs to get Dale Hunter a big cardboard cutout of a celebrating Pierre Turgeon to lay the hurt on.

Should make him feel a little bit better.

Allow me to say F NBC... whenever NBC covers a Rangers game, am I the only one that feels like the other team is treated as the "home" team, meaning most focus on them, homerism towards the other team... and the Rangers are sort of the "visiting" team, as if the announcers etc. are always pulling for the other team, not the Rangers... it is hard to put it into words, but you get my drift...

some Caps fans are hilarious, this is the analysis from them basically:

1) refs were terrible
2) the 4 posts won't save hank again
3) caps controlled the game

Ambiguous and pretty much irrelevant facts mean just as little as thinking you're taking the series after a game 1 win.

After consulting with my peers, we have decided that you simply should no longer watch.

Damn does anyone feel like that Kreider's game resembles alot of Paul Kariya?

But Kreider has that height and build to take it to a different level by adding that shot and speed.

This caps team doesn't scare me one bit compared to last year. I still am not too worried about Backstrom, OV, or Green. The caps secondary players like Chimera and Johanson are the players that seem to give us the most fits in these playoff series (outside of Semin).

Back to the game:

Feds was awesome.

Richards Solid.

Krieder a revelation.

Gaborik was TERRIBLE. That was one of the worst games I have seen him play in the post season. He had TONS of space all game and did ZERO with it. He decided yet again that he wasn't going to keep his feet moving. Torts needs a long serious discussion with our superstar RW.

That's a crazy statistic. Like you said, it's important that the Rangers play well on Monday. Hopefully either Boyle or Dubinsky can return soon.

Remember the Nash rumours? I wouldn't trade Kreider straight up for Nash. And they wanted way more .

Not as fast on the transition but they can be much scarier on the cycle. Washington D isn't nearly as mobile as Ottawas D. The Rangers really have to be careful of Semin picking off passes in the neutral zone. He almost did it twice in this game.
