I'll probably skip the whole reboot. It's being made by ****** Ninja Theory, famous for making horrible games but nice environments. Don't really care too much about the hair but the whole "yeaaah man so lets pretend DMC3 doesn't exist and we'll have teenage dante except now he's all grunge punk rock metal guy yeaaaah"

Thanks. Not really sure yet what I'll buy. Would be so much easier if R&C Trilogy was already released, but no. The same ****ing day as Max Payne 3. That should be illegal.

While I know that this is very improbable to happen, sweet baby jesus if Socom HD Collection is released some day.

Devil May Cry is harder than God of War and has more replayability.

Hahaha yeah. I was super hype about the Splinter Cell HD collection but then it was announced it was PS3 only. Sadface'd pretty hard when I read that.

if anyone is interested, the international space station is flying directly over the bay area tonight at 8:40pm starting from the northwest, skimming the coastline almost directly overhead and ending in the southeast, visible for a solid 5-6 minutes. it is visible to the naked eye as a fat star moving a little slower than an airplane.

It's really sad how downhill Socom has gone after the jump to PS3. Zipper totally ignored the fans and went for the CoD carbon copy with fancy gadgets and ****, when all we wanted was the 2nd one remade..

Hahaha yeah. Socom 4 was more of a crappier version of Ghost Recon. Pretty sad.

What made the 2nd game so unique was the shooting. Even when you got to approach someone from behind and empty half of your clip, you had to really concentrate to hit the guy and even then you couldn't never be 100% sure that you'll take him/her down.

Could we have one OT thread for video games, and then a second one for discussions I can actually participate in?

Yep. Now it's all creep up, then squeeze and cheese.

Oh and Jux you already own every other thread here.

You realize the non video game one would be a barren wasteland. Maybe you should just play video games.

I should've waited for the MGS HD pack to come out when MGS4 came out. I bought the PS2 collection instead.

My god, if we had to separate OT threads for every different topic that excludes someone/only appeals to a niche, we'd be nothing but OT threads.

The video game OT thread
the video game OT thread that's only about a specific franchise that other people don't want to read about
the game of thrones OT thread
the "stuff KM cares about" OT thread
the non-video game nerdy interest OT thread
the lottery OT thread
the inane facebookesque/personal life **** OT thread
the relationship whining OT thread
the random YT video thread

etc.

I'm balls at video games. I come in 15th place in Mario Kart to the 4 year old I babysat last summer.
