Eminger and Mitchell.

Hagelin-Richards-Gaborik
Kreider-Stepan-Callahan
Dubinsky-Anisimov-Fedotenko
Rupp-Boyle-Prust

Zuc will be the extra forward in case of injury. I doubt Torts would sit down proven playoff guys like Rupp or Feds for him. Especially when we are going to face Philly or NJ next series. Those game will be very physical.

I like that, but I like Prust's speed better at the 3rd line RW over Feds.

Either way that is the 12 I go with easily.

considering he was the only one scoring before he got hurt. Nope

Boyle helps on the 3rd line in PK, for a long run they need his depth. With that said I dont mind Dubi and Anisimov getting more time on a 3rd line

Switch Zucc with Feds, throw Mitchell on the 4th line wing and have Dubi center the 4th line and it looks good. And who said Zucc will be back anytime soon?

honestly, i prefer to look at it like...

With both kreider and hagelin in the lineup, 3-0. Without 1 of them them, 2-3.

The speed the 2 kids bring are incredible. This team just went from one of the slowest offenses to one of the fastest offenses in a few weeks. Theyve changed the dynamics of the way our offense can play. Hagelin is actually a better board player than like 80% of the NHL despite his size, and kreider has phenomenal size and will only get better on the boards. Generally speedster SUCK on the boards...like Gabby. he's an awful board player. But Kreider and Hagelin both CAN play Tortorella hockey thanks to that ability AND they can play the transitional speed game AND they can play an aggressive forecheck game and cause turnovers.

They bring such a dimension to this team. Honestly, can't wait for Jesper Fasth to come in lol.

Hags - Richards - Gabby
Kreider - Stepan - Fasth
Dubinsky - AA - Cally
Rupp - Boyle - Prust

Zuc and Mitchell resigned as versitaile spares

McD - girardi
Staal - Erixon (Schultz?)
MDZ - Strålman
Sauer, Bickell ????

Looks very good IMO
Sign this Schultz kid and go to war!!!

More than likely I'd sit Mitchell--though I think Mitchell gets a bit too much heat from some. He's more or less been a good soldier (much like Eminger) all season.

And then other injuries might occur--so he might stay in the lineup anyway.

Ridiculous. Dubi set up the series winning goal with a great pass.

Girardi-McDonagh
Staal-Delzotto

There is no way Rupp or Fedotenko come out of the lineup. This team is real short on SC experience, and even if guys aren't getting quality minutes it is huge having them on the bench in these games. Feds PKing on the 5 on 3 was a huge part of us winning game 1. And Rupp is a big body who is good on the boards and forecheck and does not hurt us defensively. He is also a great leader.
