Meh. It's always been more of a Red Sox tradition in my opinion.

I don't.

That Jay Z song is better, and I don't even like Jay Z(I love me some Neil Diamond too).

It fits the youth of the team too.

I still think the best end music for a series ever was at the Prudential center when we beat the Devils in 08.

The arena played "Knights of Cydonia" by Muse when Dubinsky scored. That was the music of champions.

As someone who went to school in Boston, this seems like a good place to put that gif of Michael Bluth saying NO

Honestly, I never understood why Boston would latch onto that song.

Neil Diamond is a New York song writer.

Course outside of the bands "Boston", "Aerosmith" , and "Dropkick Murphies"(GOD I HATE THAT BAND!!!). I don't know really any major musical acts from Boston(Im sure its just my lack of knowledge).

Really?

Flo Rida "Good Feeling" has been the victory song this year. I generally don't like Flo Rida but after the song was featured in 24/7, it holds a special place in my heart

Maybe in their locker room. But they play that Jay Z song almost after every home game win.

After every win on home ice, they play the Rangers victory song, then they play "Good Feeling" as they skate to center ice for the stick salute. The play "Empire state of mind" after the 3 stars are announced while 90% of the building has already emptied out.

Yup. They've been playing Empire State of Mind after Tolleson says "get home safely" etc etc over the PA since last season.

Blah, that is the RedSox song. I'll take the Rangers Victory Song and Good Feeling instead.

THIS!!!!!! I can't stand that Flo Rida crap. I'm pretty sure, based on a tweet by I forget who on the rangers, that that they play the original Avicii version in the locker room after many wins.
