Hahah, good! Todd Walsh was on the radio other day reminiscing about this, talking crap about the Pierre ad campaign.

How ironic the Pierre commericals are showing players that jumped ship or asked for a trade.
As much as I like Pierre, maybe it is best we don't bring this back as he is full of bad mojo.

I think I can stomach Pierre coming back for a visit.... just as long as he doesn't bring his buddy Wayne with him.

Yuch. I associate Pierre too strongly with Gretzky to ever want to see him back.

What!- Pierre rocks...
He was just a few years before his time.
I think they should dust off Pierre and bring him back in from his twentyfive games to life suspension- (I honestly don't remember his skates leaving the ice)
I still have a couple of magnetic bumper stickers on the election.. Obama has a weak slapshot and McCain is a figure skater ... what's not to like?
Pierre didn't know the meaning of the word "can't" or "quit" .

Pierre was a great marketing campaign. Didn't look up which agency did it but I believe they were very well compensated by the Moyes management.

I'm sure. Kinda reminds me of those toilet seats the government used to buy.

Seems like the Piere commercials were the kiss of death for Cyotes players, ala the EA Sports Cover Art Curse

The only thing that could be good about Pierre is flaunting him around in all of our ads and our marketing campaign when we're still in the valley next season.
It'll be like the team is openly trolling Quebec with each new billboard/commercial

I'm all for Pierre, I thought it was a funny marketing campaign that had some real potential.
I've been taking my nephew to the playoff games with me and he wants to get on camera because that is what kids do. My wife and I were telling him you need a character of sorts to get on camera regularly like the hockey Pope, the Bunny, and that one kid down front covered in white. I told him that he should dress up like a snowman last game, but then when this came up again I told him he should dress like Pierre! He's been looking up these vids on Youtube so we'll see if he gets motivated to put it together.
It's hard to think of white-based characters that do not have a negative connotation. For example, you could go as a ghost, but that is not really a positive vibe and people might think you are dressed up like the KKK if it's not done right. The Bunny was a pretty good one that is getting a lot of camera time now.
