I'm asking just about the best leadership, doesn't have to be the best players. Also doesn't matter if it's OG/WC/CC or anything else. Speaking about Czechs, I can judge only what I've seen during my life and the best were Robert Reichel and after him David Výborný. These two stay top notch of leadership I have witnessed in my life.

Those guys are legends in Finland too! Also Dopita, Jagr of course, Prohazcka, Turek and Hasek and many many more Czech players are legends and very well respected in Finland.

Šatan for Slovakia. He was involved pretty much in every succes of Slovak hockey and as a captain he led the team to the gold and silver medal in 2002 and 2003. Careerwise I don´t think anyone comes near him.

The legend Otakar Janecky must be mentioned! My top 3 Czech idols from pondhockey times:

Hasek
Janecky
Turek
Jagr

Erich Kühnhackl, Peter Draisaitl and Stefan Ustorf. In recent years it is Marcel Goc and Christian Ehrhoff.
