The Nashville Predators have suspended forwards Alexander Radulov and Andrei Kostitsyn for Game 3 of their Western Conference semifinal with the Phoenix Coyotes for a violation of team rules.
Yeah, and prior to that game he's been their best forward. Every single player in the NHL has bad games.
I don't get the Radulov hate at all and I'm so sick of it.
I don't care how many points you get, when you smash your stick over the net after every goal against you're a big ****** who needs to learn some sportsmanship.
Among that, he also apparently needs to learn how to be a teammate.
How can you be sick of all the hate when its warranted?
- He ditched his team with a year left on contract
- Came back when he decided he wanted to, didn't even tell the team he was, they wouldn't comment on it other then "if he shows up at the door, great"
- He smashes his stick after goals against
- He stays out until 4 am on a game night and subsequently plays like ****.
What part of that screams good guy, team player to you?
Chris Lee is an ass-clown but he's an ass-clown both ways. Devils got away with a lot of hooks and picks in game 1, exactly the type of ticky tack calls that Lee specializes in.

Radulov is very, very talented, and sometimes the criticism he gets is unfair (selfish Russian stereotype, and the slightly strange hatred he's gotten for deciding to return to Russia). He had a strong start to his new stint with Nashville, but the two games against Phoenix he's been dreadful. Here's Keith Jones take on him from game two
Anyone think that the Flyers actually want Brodeur to play the puck? Not that dump ins are that strange, but the Flyers seemed to be more than willing to dump in and let Brodeur handle the puck. That used to be not kosher, but now that he's slowed down, hopefully we've spotted that as an advantage, as it led to at least one goal in game 1.

No. The only reason you're saying that is he made a bad mistake that led to a goal.
He was flawless handling the puck otherwise on Sunday, bailed out his D a few times, and is still likely the best goalie in the NHL with the puck on his stick (certainly top-3 at worst).

Back to the topic, Chris Lee can Suck it!
1. He went back to his native country to earn a boatload of money. I'm sure you'd turn that down.
2. Yeah, what's wrong with coming back and finishing his deal with Nashville?
3. Oh, he's supposed to be smiling after the opponent scored? When Giroux smashed his stick after game 5 vs the Pens, we were all saying it's a good thing he's fired up etc.
4. Wasn't it after the game? Still not okay obviously, but he's not the first nor last player to do it.

Should have never left to go over seas to begin with. He should of honored his contract. You know you do sign one of those. I don't mind guys smashing their stick in anger but he blew an assignment and couple ones before.
Radulov stays up and parties before game with Andrei Kostitsyn(who got traded out of MTL for the same reasons. Bad attitude and a party animal) Only to come into game 2 and completely play an effortless game. A coach can live with a player who busts his ass and makes mistakes but not one who is lazy and makes mistakes.
Radulov isn't acting like much of a team player at all.

That's actually not true, I noticed he hit the closest forechecking player with a puck several times on Sunday, even accidentally threw his stick away once. I thought he started his puck handling very strong, but Flyers started to forecheck him more aggressively and he started to make some mistakes, one of them resulting in a goal.
I'm always amazed at how much offensive depth you guys have... But what's the deal with having Eric Wellwood on the 4th line over guys like Sesisto, Shelley or at the very least, Rinaldo?
Because speed kills baby!! Eric's puck awareness and overall game is better suited for this matchup. Jersey does not goon it up like some other teams do. However, they may try to get the boys off their game if they start to get steamrolled in tonight's game. We just need to keep playing good tuff smart hockey and keep the pressure on their D and not let up cause Kovy's out. I exspect another very good game from Jake. 93 is really showing me something. His play with and without the puck is special. I really like Jeff Carter, but Jake brings so much more to the table and for me to say that speaks volumes about this kid's play. Can't wait for the puck to be dropped.

That hit sucks. I'd do the same thing. I'd be pissed letting goals in.

I agree with this. Brodeur's puck handling neutralized a lot of attempts at offense in the last game.
