Although in German it's Apostroph, not apostrophe so there you go.
I tend to get similiar written words mixed up when reading them. That doesn't happen when I'm talking to someone.

No. He'll get fined a meager sum which is in accordance with League policy for all misconduct penalties despite the time of the infraction. However, typically, the Commissioner can impose a suspension upon reading the game report (excessive verbal abuse of an official, for instance) but that is unlikely unless accompanied by a colossal amount of evidence.

Game misconduct penalties do accrue, however, and two is the magic number during the playoffs which will result in a mandatory suspension.
