Closer to the middle one; I've heard it as "sha-PUT". That's "put" as in "put it down".

This. And Brassard is getting close but no real 'w' sound. More like a long 'e' and long 'u' sound simultaneously.

Sha-poo is a not-unreasonable facsimile, though. (Maybe he'll be Espen-esque)
