It's going to be nice hearing the train whistles around the arena again. That is, assuming Toots is in.

Good start for NBC. They correctly identified the two players who have been suspended. After their goal call issue the other day, I'm surprised they didn't announce that Radulov had been suspended twice

Come on Preds, time to put it together. Having people stand with you is all well and good, but if you can't find a way to stand together, it won't count for much. There is no reason not to be focused on todays game, for the players not to be pulling in the same direction, whoever steps onto the ice. Go out there and win and give Poile/Trotz lots of games to decide whether Rads and/or AK should be on the ice in the next one.

Just have to avoid anything, on or off the ice, that leads to that TPCR phrase (is that right?) that you have around here

announcers say "It's a very good start for Phoenix"... I think the Preds have had a good start. You can tell that they are protecting the defensive zone first tonight. Everybody is taking a man at the blueline, and two or three are staying in the zone until the puck is out.

Preds Hornqvist with a chance off a turnover, they'll capitalize on a few of those if they keep playing this type of hockey.

Not impressed with the start. Passing doesn't look sharp, skating is sluggish. We don't look like a team that expects to win.

Power play, let's make it count.

Huge huge chance here. Let's get a PP goal and take the lead early!

I was about to say the same. These NBC guys are big time Phoenix cheerleaders. Nashville has had a much better start yet Phoenix is "playing perfectly"

Atrocious is an understatement. Phoenix has out-shot us on our own power play.

But, usually the announcers wait a few minutes to get a feel for who seems in control. They are clearly pro-Yote from the puck drop.
