Gift of gab is a saying about people who are very outgoing/talk a lot

Unrelated but

Del Zotto and Caps fan trading middle fingers. In the video Girardi also bangs on the glass in front of the guy

Gift of gab is an idiomatic phrase which means the "ability to talk readily, glibly, and convincingly".

What, never kissed the Blarney Stone?

Probably for the best, the locals frequently urinate on it.

Yep, it's an idiom.

an ability to speak easily and confidently and to persuade people to do what you want An Irishman, he had the gift of the gab. You might hate what he said but you had to listen.

Yes he definitely was great in most of last night's game, but we had every right to hate him up to that point as he'd done nothing for the previous 8 games before last night. Last night you finally saw him positioning himself in front of the net and playing more like he should. If he gets hot the Rangers might be unstoppable.

I would like to see torts, keep Kreider, Anisimov, and Stepan together, they brief time they were together they really seemed to all be on the same page.

Callahan, Boyle, Dubinsky, would be an extremely scary thrid line

I love how Holtby says yea ill get over the loss when we win round 4...Cap fans say yea thats great....How about try winning today if you want to win round 4. talk is cheap. Im glad were about to dismantle them in front of their own crowd... in their house. They are gonna take the medicine whether they want to or not. Hahahahahaa.

Is there a pic or video of Torts/bench reaction for the goal?

Thanks for the pic. A lot of stuff is blocked here at work so its the first I've seen of it.

Whatever. Players are supposed to get heckled and flipped the bird and cussed at and aren't supposed to react? Eh. Take the fine and move on. Well worth it in my opinion!

I missed almost all of the game, from what I saw and highlights, the Rangers really needed to win that game. Caps really beat up on the D, some unlucky sticks and pucks as well, losing & being that beat up would have been a tough hill to climb.

Hopefully no injuries emerge & the extra rest helps them gear up for Saturday, a win there after the 3OT win would be crippling to DC.

Eh it was after a long long game everyone is tired and emotions are running high, huge relief to get the winner and everyone freaking out

It's not a big deal at all, just kinda funny

Don't you know that logic for the most part is forgotten over there... My favorite is the fact they are rooting for the Rangers because they are scared of Washington. However if the Rangers win shouldn't they be concerned that maybe just maybe the Rangers are better?

Or Caps fans saying they should be up 3 games to none but because of the post, missed shots, and the list goes on and on.... But that's the game its why its played and 7 games not 1.

Oh well, big time win I'm glad it was a good play that led to the goal not an accident like last years double OT game. (The Gaborik deflection)

Honestly, pls change your name to Blueshirt Non-Believer - it would be more appropriate in your case.

Good game for the team, not great, we have to be better on the PP, more movement more flow and more shots, its not good enough. I personally loved the play of Stall, Mcd, Girardi, Cally, Anismiov, Hagelin, Gaborik and of course Henrik. I know it a lot but hey its 2 games not 1 lol. Good game and great win. But dont let the guard down lets get them good next game with a better PP.

Obviously there is going to be sore bodies for both teams after this game and the two days of rest in between games is absolutely huge for both sides.

But you have to wonder how the Ranger defencemen are going to respond to the minutes logged, the hits taken and the number of shots they blocked in Game 3.
