Last game was a great slap in the face that this isn't going to be easy. Need another strong game from Bryz and skaters need to be way better.

GO FLYERS !!!!!

"Game-time decision" - is the official word.

But reading the article, Kovy said he wants to play, but it's "up to the coaches", while when DeBoer was asked he said it's "up to Kovy". So that would seem to indicate he's going to become the highest paid 4th-liner in the NHL tonight. And I think you're right that it's likely PH will be the scratch, because DeBoer said Larsson "earned" the right to play tonight given the way he played in Game 2.

I didnt read any of the post game quotes from Lavi or some of the top players on the team. Hopefully they come out with some passion and desperation tonight. Go back to Flyer hockey. game 2 was a disgrace.

They gotta get the PP going again. 1 for 11 thus far in this series. This teams success is tied to the PP, whether it be actually scoring, or building momentum through sustained pressure which leads to good things later on.

They gotta find a way. Get the puck moving from side to side, Brodeur flip flops around like a fish out of water when you get him moving and sustain pressure. Their PK collapes down low on these plays opening up the points and players on the side boards, gotta pounce on that.

I expect to see the guys with strong legs all game long with an aggressive forecheck and strong neutral zone game.

Being down 2-1 in their rink, while not the end, wouldn't be the ideal situation.

Let's hope we get the Daniel Brière of game one in this game. No more "defense" that ends up like this

Image is taken from this breakdown of that play

At least it could be a good sign that Gustafsson is confident enough to yell at one of the team leaders when the effort isn't there.

I'd like to see a well played road game. Get an early lead, keep attacking, and then eat away time with puck possession.

Can we please send these old *******s to the golfing course early? Like holy **** their roster is ancient. The only guys they have in my age range are Adam Henrique, Adam Larsson, and Jacob Josefson. Time to move the **** over old men, its the youngbloods turn.

Failing another Giroux supershift, I'm hoping they go down 0-2 early.

Their old arena had crappy ice as well. It's akin to baseball where the groundskeepers would over water the basepaths if you were playing a base stealing team.

They already have a crappy building and crappy ice, combine that with a Springsteen concert last night that went way late and 70 degrees outside and you have a recipe for slush.

After the 1st 8-10 minutes of game 2 it was shameful!

No shots until 18:30 in the 2nd looked like a disinterested team.
TG Bryz brought his good game.

I expect our skaters to be fired up tonight after that farce & come out strong.
