Don't mess with the lineup that won you the game.

There's an exception to every rule. Bringing your best offensive player back in is one of them.

Not if your best offensive player is a cancer to the team.

Is he a liability defensively? Does he give up more than he creates?

Bu I guess at the end of the day they had a winning team all season prior to Radulov joining them.

I was actually shocked to hear that Tootoo was one of the guys sitting games out as the odd man.

Radulov was certainly a liability in game 2!

Pretty much. His play has been mostly indifferent in every NSH game I have watched.

Thats why I think Nashville willing to move ahead without their points leader isn't utterly absurd. I can see how Trotz thinks he can count on a different player in Radulov's roster spot.

But...

With Kostitsyn...even though he has fewer points than Radulov...I think he's a neccesary player for the Preds'.

Thats' why I would have considered leaving Rad' out as a healthy scratch and put Kostitsyn back in.

But this?

This is going too far, IMO.

I'm thinking there must be something more to this story than what has been publicly released. Trotz is a hard ass but I doubt he makes the decision to keep them out for more than 1 game without having a solid reason. Perhaps the missing curfew bit is only part of the story?

If they win with a blue collar roster it should make contract negotiations with Suter and Weber easier. However looks like they'll lose.
