Physical contact with officials is pretty much a guaranteed double-digit suspension.

Also Cally was tripped, he was being hooked and stick got his skate taking him down. Those 2 penalties should have been called, but the Caps got away with murder. Not even going into the Knuble throwing the puck into the stands.

NHL IS A JOKE.
He was BARLEY tripped, there was no hook. His skate blade touched the blade of another stick and he fell down. Either he has the worst balance known to man or he was diving to pull a penalty.

This was a disgrace. The NHL is letting the refs decide everything. No call on Knuble. No call on the slash on Boyle. No call on the delay of game by Knuble.

So I guess we're just going to have to beat the refs and the Capitals.

It's a joke.

I'm not even mad that the Caps won. They had every right and opportunity to fairly win that game. The fact that it happened on a very cheap, late call is just infuriating. Then not giving a penalty to Knuble for gloving the puck into the crowd? I mean, c'mon.

We got outplayed in the first, we outplayed them in the second, and they had the slight edge in play in the third. I'm usually not one to complain about the officiating but there's just no ****ing consistency. If you're calling the Hagelin penalty then you call the one where Boyle's stick got broken too. Then we have the Cally play and the delay of game. It just pisses me off because the officiating was good up until that point.

I can't speak for everyone else, but I'm getting ******* sick of this "bad calls happen all the time" nonsense.

WHERE ARE THE BAD CALLS ON THE RANGERS OPPONENTS?

1. Richards phantom call. Washington interferes with Boyle on the next faceoff. Ovechkin gets the puck, Boyle can't get there to block the shot, shots, scores and Washington wins game 2
2. Hagelin phantom call. Washington trips Callahan who's about to clear the zone. Puck goes to Green, shoots scores. Washington wins game 4.

Pattern anyone?

This is a ****ing joke. This league makes it so apparent that they want the Rangers to lose. In none of the other series, are the calls this lopsided and biases blatant. It's a ****ing joke and I'm sick and tired of it.

I felt like Bickel may have given Knuble a bit of a push on that one. Either way Knuble made no attempt to stop, but hey when you are the Rangers you get no calls.

Caps played well, gotta give them that. Rangers were too careless and not sharp on defense today. Despite many great stops, Lundqvist probably could have had the first and 3rd goal (though he was screened on the third goal)

Despite that they kept the game close. Just a bad game overall. I expect them to bounce back in game 5

No goalie interference on Knuble, Knuble clearly bats the puck over the glass and the refs rule it went off Stralman, Boyle gets his stick slashed and there is no call. Then, Hagelin gives a whack to Carlson's stick and gets a penalty and the Caps score. Thanks zebras.

These refs are selective. They call what they feel like when they feel like.

Infuriating loss. Even more infuriating that Knuble got away with three penalties. The same Knuble that was one of the most useless Rangers in recent history.

Lol. MSG saying that they got pucks on net.

Show highlights of Del Zaster shooting it right into the Craps wingers' shins.

I was fuming at that, but then I saw the replay. Callahan wasn't tripped. Boyle was pushed into him and Boyle's skates caught Callahan's skates. Still, the fact that they got that PP after Boyle got slashed with no call is beyond sickening.

Yep cause Cally is a diver? Are you ****ing kidding me? Watch the replay his stick was being hooked and at the last second the stick got his skate. Maybe it wasn't an intentional trip, but either way it took Cally down causing a turnover.

The ONLY reason the penalty was called on Hagelin was because it led to a Gaborik potential breakaway.
