I was speaking strictly on the television contract and who holds the exclusive rights to televising the playoff games.

They are not banned from all media, since right now they are doing Kings Live for post game reports after all the playoff games. I believe Jim Fox does chat stuff and also is on NHLN at times to discuss the Kings. So we'll hear plenty from them.

While radio is a possibility, I don't see them doing radio either, Bob and Jim have too much class and respect for Nickson and Evans.

Just got home from the game. Just incredible. I love everyone on this team so much. Kopi jumping Brown after the empty netter in front of me will be forever burned in my mind.
There are no words to describe how this feels.

I just got home from the game as well. It was a bit quite at first but after everyone woke up Staples was electric. It has to be one of the loudest buildings in the league.

Im hoping for Phoenix so I can catch a game or two there. Go Kings!

With a five second delay so it'll sync with the tv broadcast.

Wow, it's been 6 hours already since the game started. Time sure flies by when you're in a state of complete, ridiculous euphoria.

I'm sure most agree, but the season is now a success, with the cup only 8 win away.

All the troubles the team went through early with Murray have now been erased. Sutter has this team using their emotion to spark their wins. Something Murray tried to erase from them. Sutter knows how important emotions can be for winning and I love this team right now.

Matt Mother ****ing Greene had 1 goal and 4 points in the series.

King, Voynov and Nolan all with their first NHL playoff goal in the series.

Every forward has a goal in the playoffs except Fraser, and he bled from the eyes for the team. That is called balanced scoring.

That shift by the Stoll line with 2 minutes to go was monumental. They had the puck in the blues zone for 30+ seconds, it was beautiful.

Lewis hitting everything in sight, Richardson flying on the forecheck and causing turnovers and Penner back checking. What the **** is in the water at Staples?

Go Kings Go! 8 more wins to go.

Does anybody have footage of the TSN feed? I like seeing the different angles they usually have.

Really noticed Carter making a lot of shuffle steps on the ice today, wonder if that ankle is still bothering him. He seems to have lost that initial burst of speed he had before the injury.

Time for the Kings to heal some wounds. I don't think the long lay off will effect them at all. Sutter has kept them very focused.

Anyone know when a replay of the game will play and on what channel. I just got home from work and had to miss the whole game and get 50 text messages from people when the Kings got the sweep. MUST...SEE...REPLAY!

I want two banners at the end of these playoffs. We've waited long enough.

Ok so no more talk about beating the one or two seed...for beating the third seed either...or should I call them the fourth seed? When you beat the top two seeds, you're now the #1 seed. And whether we play Phoenix (3rd seed) or Nashville (3rd best record in West), it doesn't matter because we are #1 now.

And #1 doesn't care about bragging rights in beating #2 or #3 (the previous 1 and 2) and we sure don't validate ourselves by hoping to play and beat #4 (the previous 3rd).

Without any doubt in my mind, if we hit the reset button on the regular season right now and everyone got their injured players back, all contracts were reset as well and we all played with our current squads, we would wind up with the best record in the West and the #1 seed. We are the frontrunners, like it our not.

"Nucks and Blues lost it...turned in their sticks. You guys are #1. "

Lets get this business done, play as well as we know we can play and bring 'er home.

To be the man, you gotta beat the man. Whoooo!

Who's got gifs of the game winner, the big Doughty hit on McDonald, the empty net goal, the Kopitar tackle of Brown and the celebration?

I'd like to see this again...it happened to so fast in real time i kinda missed it. Also, i missed the "dive" by Elliott that everyone was getting a laugh at. When did it happen?

Someone should take the shush photo and caption it "What does it sound like when you are being swept?"

I watched the replay of that now, funny. Kopi just leveled Brown, but Brown was calling for it.

There's only one banner I want up there at the end of the year and it better have a picture of Lord Stanley's Grail on it.

I'm not sure if anyone posted this in the GDT, but TSN called the Kings the Stanley Cup favourite during the game. They said it was weird to pick an 8th seed as the favourite to win the Cup, but the Kings are the best team playing right now.

I am pumped and looking forward to the next round. I wonder how many times a team is 8 and 1 heading into the Conference Finals?
