Joel Ward needs to be an option for the Ranger player of the game poll!
I can't believe what I just saw. From despair to delirium!

I'm here. This team showed more guts than I ever imagined. Great win! BTW, if people got banned because they had negative opinions of players or teams this board would lose all of its credibility. Thankfully that's not the case.

Yeah, I'm putting him on the ignore list. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but it's ****ing obvious now.

Well, I am now superstitious.
I have found my personal good luck charm.
And I will be saving the rest of it for game 6.
What a legendary game.

This team might not be the best team, but they have heart and balls like I've never seen in a team before.

I can't imagine what wouldve happened if that happened to Hank. Some posters would just spontaneously combust. Just insane, I'm still in disbelief.

2 punishing OT losses for Washington.
It didnt really bother them in game 4 but surely, if we start quickly, it could have a hangover in game 6.
Stunning win because it just didnt look like we were going to score. For all of our shots, we just looked dry.

Like many, the second Caps goal caused much despair and feelings of hopelessness.
Thank you NYR for turning that around.

Anyway, it's great to know this team doesn't quit. I'm very proud of them, despite being pissed at them for most of the game.

It is not wrong to criticize. But you have never spoken a positive word about this team or its goalie.

Can we get a little more confidence going into OTs now? I was nervous as hell but we pulled it off.
Staal...what a guy
No kidding, after 2-1 I was under the floor. Not because we were behind a goal, but because of how we had played hockey. This win was pure miracle, Caps played better than us, hands down.

This whole season, including playoffs so far, has been an instant classic. So many great moments...
Rangers better win the Cup or I'm going to set something on fire.

Total despair. I was too angry all game to enjoy it. This is one of those games you can watch again and even though you know the result you'll keep saying 'theres no way the rangers will pull this one out'.

TRUE STORY
I am friends with Marc Staal on facebook...I asked him 3 years ago if he was going to work on his offensive game, specifically his slap shot.
He responded..."You bet I will"
