The earlier Washington goes down, the better. We need that pick to not slip any further into the 2nd round. It's late enough already.

From the Zid trade.

Sure hope they ask WSH's permission before doing that.
Hey, let's offer Vancouver's 1st this year to NJ for Parise's rights.
Yeah, bad joke. But I'm ticked right now, so it is what it is.

Unbelievable. So much pressure by Nashville, and then Phoenix just goes and scores

So many penalties that should have been called on Phoenix on that series too.

Brad Richards just may have earned this years' salary tonight alone. Had he not put that home, the landscape of the Stanley Cup changes entirely.. Potentially. This is where the argument of luck becomes relevant in the debate of what it takes to win the Cup.

Also interesting....
I can certainly see this as a band-aid. If the fans don't show up
throughout the regular season now, then they're gone. No more excuses. Can't cry how the risk of moving is holding back their season ticket sales anymore.

The Glendale arena seems like such a bad decision, but they can't fix it now. It's too bad they're going to have to be married to that place.
