Gauthier never gave him a chance.

We watched game after game where Diaz and Weber were physically unable to clear forwards from the crease.

We watched the pylon Hal Gill get significant playing time.

We also watched our team for the longest get bullied by whomever wanted to be a bully.

Alex Henry was not a top 4 DMan for sure. He was, however, a number 7 DMan who could have been played in certain games when a more physical presence would have been beneficial.

Alex Henry was/is a career minor-leaguer.

Some people need to get over him and smell the coffee.

I'll miss Habeneros' posts on how Henry should be playing with Subban on the top pairing

I wonder how drunk some people were when they watched Alex Henry play. He's just not good enough for the NHL.

St-Denis is a LD but can play on the right side, but they could also bring Mitera back even though he's a LD he would be a solid 6th or 7th D and has a couple years experience and should be a cheap contract. They could try and bring Callahan back if they need another vet although I don't think he will return he was solid for the Dogs and is a RD.

I'm hoping for Carkner as a UFA signing. That's what they need on D

Good for him! Gotta check out new things in life, else you grow stale. Glad he his looking abroad for something new ... regardless of coin, or staying with one team: one life to live! Seize the day, YO!

Not really, he beat up Boyle but that's about it. He is not a good defenseman.

^^^^ Truth

Carkner is not a good NHL defenseman. It's a case of "the grass is always greener" in this case.
