Chipchura signs ATO contract

It's official, Chipchura has signed a contract with Hamilton. No idea if or when he will be in the lineup. Would be great to see him get some games in since the Dogs season is almost over. He still has to sign with the Habs before June 1st.

It'll be a shame if he is not signed by June 1st... I think he is our next defensive Third Line Center.. A center who can put around 30 points / season, bring leadership and character ....

Congrat Chip for his ATO Contract...

The Bulldogs site now lists him on the roster with #43. Hopefully the big club will get him signed by the deadline. Good first step.

I hope he doesn't wear that in Montreal. We need to retire #43 asap! BREEZER!

But yeah, go Chipchura, and stuff.

What's people's problem with his skating? He finished 2nd by 3 100ths of a second in the Raiders skill-competition.

I don't think his skating is a problem but I do think he needs to work on his mobility, foot speed and acceleration. I haven't seen a lot of him this year, but I hope he's been working on this and continues to do so over the summer. Can't wait to see what he can do in Hamilton and beyond.

Kyle Chipchura will be instrumental to leading this young Bulldogs team to the playoffs next season, i expect that Lapierre, Kostitsyn, Dagenais and Danis will be gone though, as well as Jacques and Pouliot, so it could be another difficult season. Hopefully Mathieu Aubin makes the jump and so does D'agostini.

There's just no way in hell that Chipchura isn't signed this summer. I'm not even worried about that part.

Not sure Maxim Lapierre is very very good, he just scored for Hamilton right now lol.

He will be there before Chipchura.
