Andrew Gross ‏ @AGrossRecord

Chris Kreider off the fourth line at Rangers practice, skating with Derek Stepan and Ryan Callahan on a second line.

I think more-so what he meant was we've recently lost twice to these folks and they undeniably have more talent than us. Now that it's a 1-game series, anything can happen, and most people's odds would be on the team that can score more goals (since that is the object of the game).
Well in that case the rangers have never won a cup.

Anyway, glad to see those lines, hopefully they stick.

Looks like Brooks is getting what he asked for. I like the lines too.

I like the lines as well...

If I had a choice, probably the exact way I would make them.

Hopefully we get the lucky bounces because sometimes effort isn't enough. Especially in hockey.

Let's just hope it works... If it doesn't result in us winning and scoring some goals then it sure as hell won't stick.

On paper it looks good, some of those lines have been together before and shown some chemistry, so hopefully they play like it.

Dale Hunter wouldn't say whether Jay Beagle will travel with the team to NY for Game 7; he's still day-to-day. #Caps

On the morning of game 6,Hunter said Beagle was fine and was playing that night. He didn't play. I read Beagle was riding around on a cart the day of game 6. He couldn't walk.

joy. Those lines are what I would go with. Toss up between Prust and Feds but I think this is the first time Feds has been bumped down to the 4th line. He has been ok but I dont think he has scored a goal.

Lets hope they get by this round and then Zuke/ Dubi are options Round 3

Those lines make the most sense.. They have played best when those were the combinations..Well, the first two lines.. cally and kreider cause havoc on the forecheck together

for someone who has never played hockey can one tell me how hard/easy it is to get used to a new line

is this a too little too late thing?

the last few games kreider should have been on this line allowing him to get in a groove.

i am just panicked for tomorrow. can't think straigt!!

Those lines help bring out the skills of the team and the players on each line. Speed, grit, shutdown, grinding. These lines have all those features. They are very good and I think these are lines that should be kept together.

The SOB is due. From: @simmonssteve
Sent: May 11, 2012 12:59p

Looking for a Game 7 hero? How about Ruslan Fedotenko? He's 5-0 in Game 7s with 3 Gs scored. And has 0 goals in this playoff season for NYR.

Too bad he's completely washed up.

It was like always hoping Drury was going to score that clutch goal for us and he never did.
