Not by any means a "Semin Lover" (and never will be till he is out of DC), by as long as he helps in the win, GO CAPS!

Please... Semin has been on of our greatest players both series, although he isn't getting the goals we need. I'm sure they will come, this playoffs or next season, if he stays. If you're watching the games you surely has noticed him being one of our better defensive forwards? He is great with his stick, and great on the fore check. If he continues to hustle like he did last game, he is an elite player in this league. Just wait for it.

Seriously what games are you people watching? He is an elite player in OPEN SPACE. He is weak along the boards, the wind blows and he gets knocked off the puck and from a defensive stand point, best defensive forward????? Why is it then Hunter seems to play Chimera, Ward, Brouwer, Beagle, Nicky, and Aucoin ahead of him in defensive situations???

Been waiting for him to change since 04 and he hasn't, next year is no different

I'll be in the Garden, with my Backstrom jersey on, prepared for a Caps victory and ready for any post game fallout from their fans. How's that for grabbing my sack? Go Caps, go Nats and go United. I want this day to be remembered as a legendary day in DC sports and that requires a win tonight and more sack grabbing from our boys down the road.

Did most of the work but it wasn't on the scoresheet therefore he was invisible. He had some great backchecking too.

Get an early lead.

Build a wall around the new father for the rest if the game.

1-0 Caps win.

I am sure this would never happen, but...

If the Caps win tonight, I would love to see Holtby troll the Rangers' bench with the fist pump. Could make for an interesting handshake lineup.

Fsnoles, you need to start watching Capitals, play offs are the best time to get into it.

Going to work at 10 pm
Last game i couldn't be any prouder of our boys, please show up like that and its in the bag.
I've heard it somewhere, Rangers at home in game 7's are 4-0, they are due...
Just win!

I'm in Charleston for a wedding tonight. What are the chances the hotel bar has the game on? Probably pretty slim. Damn South!

FSNoles only watched the scoresheets, not games. Convinced he just trolls this board anyway.

He only shows up when Semin fails to make the scoresheet for a couple games. He wasn;t around during the Bruins series. Wonder why.

It's on NBCSN, right? I'd say they're pretty good if you show up early, buy those first few beers cash w/ a tip, and shoot the **** with the bartender for a bit. That strategy hasn't failed me yet as a southern hockey fan.
