Welcome to my life, really. I live in South Jersey, 10 minutes over the bridge from Philadelphia. Work in Philly. Everyone I see every day are either Flyers fans or Devils fans. One thing they all have in common is that they hate the Rangers and let me know about it ALL THE TIME.

What is this nonsense?

As much I think they respect him, what kind of mind game is this?

Ah, I'm at the opposite end of route 70. I think you'll find some Flyer fans rooting for us just because the Devils beat them and that makes us the lesser of two evils. Like when we had to root for Philly against the Penguins, heh.

Waaah...Marty. Waaaahh.

Marty's numbers are inconsistent this post season. In losses, he's got a 3.5 GAA, .883 sv % Hank has a 2.5 GAA in losses, .91 sv %.

and then Hank's numbers are better overall.

Eff fatso. The Rangers should have Avery back to drop the ceremonial first puck.

i think we will score a lot more goals this series..

Yea our offense might not be the best, but you have to realize that the caps are shot blocking team, JSUT LIKE US, and when that happens it limits amount of pucks that go on net thus limiting the goals.

To keep from gettting enraged and therefore infracted, it's probably in your best interest to stay away from the Main Board.

Yep. Stay off the main boards, except for the photoshop threads. Every other thread is filled with trolls and idiots.

I'm very convinced that by the end of this series, the Islanders will no longer be considered our biggest rival.

Playoffs all about match ups... Flyers were the Penguins Achilles heal.... Then the Flyers got easily outplayed by the Devils... I think the Penguins would have likely beaten both the Rangers and/or Devils if they got them in the first round....

Lundqvist matches up very well against Brodeur... No denying the career records when they go head to head...

This will not be an easy series but the Rangers absolutely have the tools to win it... I think it'll go 7 games....

Interesting stat but means squat IMO...in the 1st round Sens fans were pointing out the stat that the Sens had won every PO series when playing an Atlantic division team for the 1st time in the PO's...Caps fans pointed to the stat of the last few PO series as a reason they would win Round 2...

...and some posters here pointing to an ECF series that happened almost 2 decades ago as a reason we'll win this one...same as the examples I posted above irrelevant
