Stanley Cup Finals prices are going to be nuts. All of a sudden you're not just competing with New York Metro fans, you've also got hockey die hards, league & other team executives, sponsors, etc.. that will travel from across the US, Canada, and the world to attend. Every season ticket holder is going to be using at least one game in their strip and probably two. Supply is going to be tough, 400s will easily hit $600 and up for game 1, and if god forbid there's a game 7 at MSG against the Kings we're talking about $1000+ for nosebleeds

I know someone who got $799 per ticket for 6 seats for game #1 of the finals on stubhub. You are right about STH,s going to more of the games in the finals. The next month is going to be crazy!

Keep in mind guys, that if you bought individual tickets for the game that you'd be paying quite a bit more then the STH face value after counting fees.

If you're paying $200 for center ice seats in the 400s, or $300 a pop for center ice in the 300s you're getting a decent deal. If you want to go to the game I wouldn't wait around until the last minute hoping to save a few bucks. I did that once for a regular season game and ended up not getting tickets.

I at least have a chance if I try ticketmaster, right?

I already know the answer: No.

That won't stop me from trying anyway. I don't like 'No'.

Of course you have a chance. There's going to be a presale for Stanley Cup tickets for season ticket holders, who are going to get screwed as usual because the rangers are going to require only a generic code like "RANGERS" that everyone and their mother is already going to know. Maybe at most 1000 tickets per game will be available for that sale, and then maybe at most 500 per game for the public sale a few days later. You better know the dates and times for when those happen because if you're not in front of a fast computer with a fast internet connection at the opening sharp, you're going to have to get in line at stubhub

Thinking about coming into town for game 7 (if necessary). Would be traveling from Ohio. Any tips on where to park and ride into the city? Would really love to not have to drive in NYC.

Best bet is to park at the train station in Seacacus, NJ and then take the train over to Penn Station which is right below MSG.

I guess the Devils Playoff strips weren't such a bad deal for a Rangers fan after all
