That's what you think...
So I see the inferiority complex stretches across the entire Atlantic. (Probably not the Fishsticks though.) I thought its just across the Hudson, but that's even more pathetic.

Meh, at least management over there gives a **** about their fans and tries to get em all into the building. Only thing management over here cares about is green.

We have sold out every playoff game at the Rock since we moved there. We've had a great run and they want to ensure that it's mostly Devils fans. Why are you making such a big deal out of this?

If you think you're going to "invade us"..show up! We'll gladly take your money.

That's because they still have problems putting butts in seats. Here, even with the increase in prices and even in a hypothetical of Rangers missing the playoffs, your not going to see so many noticeable empty empty seats.

Because its pretty pathetic that a professional organization is telling their fans to sell tickets to Devils fans only. Even saying they should ask for proof of their "loyalty" through pictures.

You find it pathetic, I find it to be funny and a game. See how pissed off you guys are getting...it's kinda like Mike Rupp's comments earlier pissing off Devils fans.

I'd say good luck tonight, but we all know I wouldn't mean it one bit.

I would love if the Rangers made some sort of fan card that you are forced to show proof of membership in order to buy tickets to Rangers games. It would have to be something that would be enforced on all secondary markets. Additionally, season ticket holders get this for free.

They do something similar in Italy in order to make it so that all of one team's fans buy tickets to the games or so that away fans only sit in the visitor's section. It's more to prevent fights, but it would be a cool way to make the crowd be 1) mainly fans of the team, 2) prevent other fans teams from "invading"

If the team can't sell enough tickets, then they could always release some to opposing fans on game day.

It's funny...'cause they were true. And I heard that earlier this year, when the Devils honored Sykora playing his 1000th game, he was given a plaque with every team he had played those games with. Although the Rangers were missing from that.

feeling good. while I think Jersey has a nice balanced lineup, I also think the Flyers were a horrible team on defense. Our team has contained Spezza, Alfreddson, Karlsson, Michalek, Ovechkin, Backstrom, Semin, Carlson, Green, etc. We'll be able to keep the Devils at <=2 goals per game. Without, Boulton and Janssens in the line up, the Devils also lose a significant physical edge. I feel the physical players like Neil, Konopka, Ward, Brouwer, Chimera, Hendricks gave us the most trouble and disrupted our game the most. I also feel like Jersey's defense is fundamentally solid, but ultimately weaker than what we had to face in Ottawa and Washington. Maybe I'm not seeing the whole sum of the parts but I think we will beat the Devils. It might not be easy but I totally see us winning this series. Also, I feel like the Devils are just the right team to awaken the slumbering monster that was our regular season dominance. There is nothing intimidating about them and they are also respected enough by the Rangers to not take lightly.

So what are the best Fatso Donut chants out there?

No, you didnt.

In fact, Games 3 and Games 4 probably represented historical low points for fewest Flyers fans at The Rock. I'd say maybe 1,200 at Game 4 (that would be < 7% of the barn), and there were fewer than that at Game 3.

No, but the relocation card doesn't get thrown around due to money woes.

It doesn't hurt either. And the Piles could sell out a playoff game too. Doesn't mean much for them. I've seen the Devils arena be 1/4 empty on WEEKENDS this year. What? did all the fans suddenly wake up in April?

Orange doesn't stand out as much as blue does, when most are wearing red. And again, NY is closer than Philly.

Judging by what has been going on around here the past few day I can already tell this place is going to be "main boaredesque" insufferable this whole series.
