Can you blame him? Do you people not realize this was Derek Morris? The only reason why he's not in the all-star slap shot competition is so they keep it fair for everybody else (including Chara). Quick should be happy he doesn't shoot more often if you ask me.

LOL. The lack of ability to pick up on sarcasm on this board is too funny.

As a Kings fan, I don't really care. He IS the reason we are in the playoffs and will be better next time . And the Kings won, so this bad bounce means 0.0%.

Not a big fan of Quick, yet. Had a great year and it seems on every board he's an elite.

On the other hand, this IS NHL player Derek Morris. Can anyone stop a train in beast mode?

Well he's had 3 pretty good yrs with 30+ wins, people are just too lazy to take notice unless the stats are ridiculously good.

People will be saying this about Quick for the rest of his career. He'll be 10+ years in and some posters will still claim that Bernier is the better goalie and should be given more playing time...

Happens to the best of them

Glad Quick shrugged it off, and glad Brown changed the narrative.

Lamest thread ever. That axe must be razor sharp but your feelings must be melted from defeat.

Pulling a Cloutier would mean Quick falling apart and becoming a sieve after committing that one error.
