To me this United team really wasnt worthy of the Champions title as they didnt seem to be really all that good compared to recent championship teams. Still I think I would rather them win it then Nasri but oh well. Didn't really hate him too much but he opens his mouth quite a bit to remind me to root against him.

Arsenal need to find a winning lineup for these last 2 matches. The injuries have def shown up as they can't seem to put a solid 90 minutes together since Arteta went down...kinda worrying but they still have the inside track. I'll wait to see what happens Wed before i get too uncomfortable.

Damn you Chelsea....losing to Newcastle hurts, but with that lineup I guess understandable. That 2nd Cisse goal was the most absurd strike I've seen all year.

Many are calling it goal of the year already if you haven't seen it.

Hodgson for the England job....interesting.

What a dramatic end to the EPL season. Great job City.

Well looks like Manu on the verge of signing Kagawa. Doubt that Fergie would otherwise watch him the evening before the final EPL game in the German cup final.

Yeah that was a pretty intense final day. Arsenal struggled to keep possession towards the end there so that was a bit nervy as well but I can't lie, the last few minutes I could barely even keep 1 eye on the Arsenal game with the City game on my computer streaming, holy crap.

Yeah even as a Gunners fan I need to question whether Fulop was bought off...

Now I'm torn between not wanting Chelski to win the Champions League final and wanting them to and knocking Spuds out of next year's Champions League. If Spuds aren't playing CL football next season Bale and Modric are as good as gone, which wouldn't make me sad.

Yeah. not sure what to think. not the best manager, but really might be a death blow for FSG support if they don't get it right.

Won't matter a hill of beans who they get if they go out and buy Downings and Adams again.

I do like Schweinsteiger quite a lot so I'm probably more rooting for him then rooting against Chelsea. It would suck to see him finish 2nd place again as he always seems to be on the losing side of finals/semis in big tourneys.

Though if Chelsea do win and it causes Bale and Modric to leave then I'll be pretty happy as well.

It's kind of a win/win if I look at it this way, though I know some other fans that are seeing it as a lose/lose.

A couple interesting starting lineup decisions, one for each team, as Bayern are starting a midfielder in defense, Tymoschuk, and Chelski are starting a defender in midfield, Bertrand.

Bayern better have the ball for the vast majority of the game as I don't see a whole lot of defensive ability in that lineup...

It is hard to argue that Chelski weren't completely outplayed but to the penalty kick lottery it goes...

Rodgers will be a very good manager at Anfield. His footballing philosophy is the right one IMO, especially for a club with the tradition Liverpool has.

I just hope he is given the time to do the job properly but if he can lead the likes of Swansea to an 11th place finish in their first season in the EPL, just 5 points back of the Reds, he should be able to improve upon things fairly quickly I would think.

Finally time for the Euro.

will be an awesome tournament. There are a few teams that can win the tournament.

I just hope someone will take care of Spain for us Germans. Don not want to loose to them for the third time in a row. This is our year. Hope Bayern players got over the loss of the CL final.

I'm excited. I'll be pulling for Germany as I do in all International tournaments (except if against the US), then England.
