Weighed in at 221 lbs this morning.

Down 8 lbs after two days.

I had a hard time falling asleep last night and the diet will test my discipline.

But, that's the price I have to pay for making so many bad food choices in the past!

Played sand vball for a couple hours last night, and I was on, haven't spiked that much in a long time.

Today, my shoulder is killing me and I cant get it to crack at all... fml it sucks getting old.

I've been working on losing weight too. I'm down to 165 from about 175 in a little over a month. I cut out all refined sugar, and all white carbs. sucks sometimes, as I miss the potatoes and rice. My target is 160 or so...
