This is an awesome bucket; I just bought one and it makes my previous S13 feel as heavy as a football helmet.
I was coming from a Bauer 5000, the difference is unbelievable. The 700 feels like a bike helmet, but is as sturdy as any other hockey helmet I've worn. Love it.
8 years ago I would have never given up my Bauer helmet or my Easton stick, now I'll never give up my Easton helmet or my Bauer stick.
I've really had my eye on the E700 and E500 helmets. I just got a bike and Giro helmet and like that they use the same tech. My main helmet is an M11 so I'm not missing out on the circumference type sizing, but when it needs to be replaced I could see going that direction.

You definitely won't be disappointed. The E700 is by far my fav piece of equip. I own. I had an S13 with a cage and went to the new Easton with a visor; it feels like I'm playing without a helmet it's so light.

I've worn Giro cycling and ski helmets for over 20 years, and the E700 fits just like my favorite lids. You won't be disappointed. So light, mops up sweat well, and best of all, you don't notice you're wearing it at all while playing.
I'm a noob here ... been lurking for a few weeks, and just joined today!
My equipment ...
Helmet: Easton E700 w/Bauer 9900 cage
Shoulder: Warrior Bonafide
Elbows: Reebok 9k
Gloves: Easton EQ50 Elite
Pants: CCM U+Fit Pro
Shins: Bauer Supreme One 80
Skates: Bauer X:Velocity (basically a SMU X:4.0 with upgraded X:5.0 outsole and minor cosmetic differences i.e. black liner instead of red)
Sticks: Easton S13 Intermediate 65 flex Sakic, Easton 65S 65 flex Iginla (both cut down slightly to my collar bone in skates ... I'm about 5'9")
Helmet: Easton Stealth something or the other with Itech RBEII 1/2 shield
Shoulder: Itech 255
Elbows: CCM V10
Gloves: Bauer Vapor XX
Pants: Bauer Supreme something or the other
Shins: Missions. very old. Maybe 10 years?
Skates: Bauer Supreme One90's
Sticks: Currently using Bauer Vapor:X50 OPS Int 67 cut down P88, Bauer One60 OPS Int 67 cut down P88, Bauer TotalOne Int 67 Shaft w/Easton blade Iginla. I'll occasionally play with an old Easton Ultralite Shaft or Louisville Genesis Shaft.
The Vapor X50 is my go to stick. I love the lower kick point. I like the shaft to be relatively stiff for stick handling and passing but flex when I shoot. The TotalOne shaft has flex all the way down the shaft and just feels like a noodle to me. It is light, though.
I love the One90 skates. But I think they're starting to break down. I've seen a lot of place closing One100's so I might bite the bullet. Even though I"m an old man, I can fit a jr size 5.5D... that saves a hundy or so on the price.
Bit the bullet and picked up a cheap pair of large pants as my Tacklas "shrank" (yeah yeah I got fat...). Reebok 5k's. Pretty light and comfy. Will be back in those Tacklas come fall though.
Also got some Reebok shin straps (velcro I think) to replace the ones I broke last year. Should be fun.
My buddy had one of those One85 112 flexes...but he was 6'4 and had to put a plug in it. Another used TPS XX-Stiff = 120 flex! He was 6'3 and about 350.
Helmet: Switch between Bauer 7500 w/ Itech RBEIII cage, and Itech HC150 with some Bauer cage
Shoulder: Switch between my old Vic Pro 350's and newer Easton Stealth S11's
Elbows: Old ass Koho's
Gloves: Easton Stealth S6's and iTech H455's
Pants: Vic Pro 350's
Shins: Easton Air's...old ones...like circa 1999's
Skates: CCM 952 Tacks
Sticks: I have two Sherwood RM19's (Spezza Curve) and an Easton s13 Hall Curve (all are 85 flex). I also have an old Easton Grip Lite that is converted into a two-piece as a backup.
Helmet: Bauer 7500 M with a L cage
Shoulder: Easton Stealth 55S
Elbows: Easton Stealth 55S
Gloves: Easton Stealth S3's. I like cheap gloves
Pants: Bauer Supreme One60
Shins: Easton EQ30. these things are tanks
Skates: Easton Stealth S9
Sticks: Easton Mako M1 hall curve thats really good for the price. Also have a Reebok Ai3 datysuk
Helmet: Bauer 5100 & 9900 w/ 9900 cage (swap the cage between the 2 helmets depending on which I feel like wearing...can't decide which I like better)
Shoulders: Easton ST4
Shins: Bauer pro series
Pants: CCM U+07 (looking to switch to the new CL's though as I took a few spills on my right hip and the padding on the 07's leave a bit to be desired)
Gloves: Eagle ppfi & custom Warrior Franchises
Elbows: Graf Era7
Skates: Graf G35
Stick: totalone 77 cut down to 92ish(a bit too stiff for me) p14...along with several others rotating in the backup spot
9044's are too short? You must be tall! Mine smack into my glove cuff a bit.
I'm not tall.
The lower portion of my forearm is exposed when I flex my wrist, and the cuff of the gloves lift away from my arm. It just so happens that both slashes occurred when my hands were in that vulnerable position. I could use an extra half inch extension on the 9044s, but I don't need to move up to the next size since it likely wouldn't fit me properly.
Know of any RBK 8K Pros in a size small out there for sale?
