Hi. I figured I should post here, rather than start a new thread. I'm a new member to this site too. I'm a newer Sabres fan (since about 03-04 season), and I'm making the trip to Buffalo this Friday to see my first live NHL game. Hopefully the Sabres will actually show up Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to make the most of the game, how to get autographs, any good restaurants or bars to go to afterwards. Thanks.

If you used a handle such as STARS2000 in another lifetime I'm about to cuddle you...

Here's mdoak's thread: http://hfboards.com/showthread.php?t=230911 . It seems we all have different opinions on what fun is. I'm not sure when/where to get the autographs, but here's some places to eat in that thread.

I was just driving through Dallas and flash floods were about to run me off the road.
It was quite wet.
I feared for my life.
I didn't have a high opinion of the place before that... needless to say, still don't.

Hello Tex.

Hello Tex.
I smell lyrics for a new tune called "Hello Tex".

It was quite wet
I feared for my life....
Hello, Tex.

Tex, I'll tell you what I tell all the other new members to the board: This place sucks. Don't believe the hype. Obviously, I kid. We're all addicts. Welcome.
