Whats even more sick is that people are already saying the series is over, it's tied 1-1!! Devils scored their goals on stupid mistakes by the Rangers, Rangers don't make those mistakes then we win 2-1. Some "fans" shouldn't even post here if they think we are eliminated when the series is tied 1-1, pathetic.

Yep, it's a Lou Lams trade mark. They know just how to push it right to the edge.

It's a very well run organization that knows how to work the rule book.

PLAY YOUR BEST PLAYERS! THEY GOT YOU HERE! ok gabby made a bad play, it happens. you think benching him is gonna send him a message at this point? no, its gonna pi$$ him off.

Nobody had a good game, not the coach, players or building even. On to game 3.

Torts isn't doing Stu any favors either, being human he must be a nervous wreck every shift he has. Torts and his mind games - just put the chaps out there and get over yourself.

I think we only like to win odd numbered games.

We should be fine for game 3.

They were repeatedly using picks and pulling off subtle interference throughout this game. It was definitely not just you...

Love your 'Mats' avatar. That band was just too good.

We got lucky against the Sens, even LUCKIER with the Caps (having to tie the game with 6 seconds left). Do you think that type of luck is going to continue? I DONT.

At some point losing Game 2's WILL KILL YOU. GO UP 2 F#$##$@$#@ games to none FOR ONCE. Win a damm series in 5 games FOR ONCE.

Did Bickel even play after the 3rd goal???

Someone answer?

If NO, he is not seeing proper ice-time the rest of the way. So WHY USE HIM?
Erixon might be different or Eminger

That's a big difference in terms of rest. It makes me concerned that even the 2 days off won't be enough to fully recharge the team. Like you said, they looked a step slow all night.

Is it heresy to admit that my pessimistic instinct says Devils in 6 at this point?

Erixon/Eminger couldn't be any worse than Bickel. Hell, Erixon's passing is superior to just about everyone on the team.

I thought he did, but I'm not fully sure. Also, do you think Erixon is ready for the physical dimension of the playoffs? I could see him getting pushed around quite a bit.

Came into this game expecting a win. Wasn't too upset when we lost. I have grown to suspect that the Rangers are in cahoots with Cardiologists around the world and want to purposely give us all heart problems before finally winning it all

Chico Resch is an embarrassment to broadcasters everywhere. What an unbelievable homer and MartyBrodeur dickrider.

I see your point, but there is no way we got to where we are right now because of luck.

Maybe that's why they fired JD.

"Call your cardiologist..." I think he was on to something...

There's a gigantic difference between saying you think the Devils will win in 6 vs. you hope the Devils will win in 6.
