I will update rules of draft later. I think the order of teams' selection is similar like in NHL, draft lottery last few clubs (4??) etc. Newcomers (HC LEV Praha, Slovan, Donbass) will select last in 1st round as I know. One more time, I have to read rules again.. I will update later

yes, it's a half-as...d preview, I called it nicely - beginners guide, in reality someone put forth minimum effort...
CSKA will not protect Dikushin I am pretty sure off of it...And all, well most, the players who are not protected by CSKA get drafted by Atlant

club could protect kids last year too. Of course, not all clubs (those which did not have hockey school, they could not - the same this year).

why would HC Lev draft last? They were in the league last year.
from legal point of view it is another club, no connection to HC LEV Poprad. At least I understand it like this.
