Hank AINEC. He stole this game.

Krieder was the second best player on the team and easily our best forward by a landslide.

The D mostly played well but they need to minimize the breakaways, and be a bit more careful with clears on the wall.

Everyone else played meh for the most part. But we still got the win. Need to take advantage of this next game.

Curious, anyone know how much time Eminger got?

It's seems as if McD and Staal are trading games as to who is going to flat out beast on D. Kreider...jeez, even i didn't expect this. The kid is just such a big game player. Henke trolled the Devils hard today.

I would like to thank two people in particular:

Bob Gainey for being so *** awesome and Joel Lundqvist for forcing his brother to play goalie...

I think it's very respectful of Henrik Lundqvist to give both home team crowds an chance to see him shutout the Devils.

Kreider was interviewed by Friedman and immediately he says he could've played better. Kid has a set off a great impression so far in his NHL career.

I thought he was mediocre cept for parts of the third. He did some really good work on the PK.

But he needs to step up his game big time. He didn't get demoted during the game for no reason.

IDK if that's just his personality, but Kreider just seems so uncomfortable in front of the camera.

great pk.

Obviously Hank was exceptional.

I thought Staal and McD were great. Callahan looked more like himself in the third.

Awful first, decent second, awesome third sums the game up for me.

This win is all Hank's.

Posted this in the GDT, didn't want it to get locked and unread:

What a great timeout by Torts, that really swung the momentum in the Rangers favor. That's not the first (or second time) he's done that in the playoffs either.

With that said, I don't know if their tired or were just making stupid plays, but they cannot expect to play like this every game and win. Lundqvist was unreal tonight and bailed them out when they decided not to show up for the first 30 minutes. Hopefully this team regroups, realizes their mistakes and comes out better next game.
LET'S GO RANGERS!
