It's funny cause between the two it seems like Tortorella would be more capable of motivating a team, but LA is the most motivated team I've seen in a while.
The amount of hatred Torts is getting is epic . They are all so butthurt about him not answering questions. Questions that are asked every single press conference and answered the same few ways by every coach using different words each time.

Torts' pathetic sctick is getting very old. Fans and especially players should not have to put up with his facade.
The players love him. Richards chose to sign with us in part because he already knew Torts and liked playing for him. People who actually know more than the media's *****ing regarding the press conferences know Torts is actually a players coach. He sticks up for his guys (remember telling LB he probably got beat up at the bus stop? that was in response to LB writing an article mocking Redden for fighting), and he doesn't just yell at them arbitrarily. He just doesn't ******** them, and they like that. He kicks their ***** when they deserve it, and only when they deserve it. He gives them credit when they're going well.
