They don't even play Bickel with comfortable leads, that team has a fascination with Lundqvist stats.

They had a temper tantrum about the goal ending Lundqvist's shutout in game 6 to the point of encouraging Lundqvist to be all frustrated about it.

Any coach that gets tossed in the air by his players is good enough for me.

Malkin gets tournament MVP. Laco from Slovakia gets best goalie ahead of Varly. Surprised a lacrosse bro here hasn't found a way to whine about those yet.

I loved seeing Semin do so well and be so happy and play so well with Ovie and Datsyuk. With that said, it worries me because I've haven't seen him like that in a Caps game. And darn it, I want him to stay with the Caps.

Hope this victory will help Ovechkin to find himself. Should be a great boost to his morale.

That's actually the correct pronunciation of Sasha's last name in Russian. The letter "ё" in Russian can be best transcribed as "yo" sound in English.

I'd gut the franchise to do it. But it's a fantasy. Green, Kuz, MJo, Orlov and multiple picks.

If we're going to gut the organization we may as well get a guy whose going to be playing at a high level for five or six years. lets go for malkin.

Why in God's name would Pittsburgh trade their best player to one of their rivals?

We simply need to do a Bellichick/Brady thing at the caps, just get a coach that says 'hey let me sort out defense but as for offense Ovi/Nicky it's all yours do what you want with it'

Look how free and happy Ovi and Semin played today.

If we sign Suter we might get to a point where we can play solid defense without being a defensive first hive mind simply because the personnel is so good. Like Philly in 2010, when they had an all offense system yet Pronger-Carle and Coburn-Timonen were completely dialed in. Then Ovechkin could still do whatever he wants to without compromising the rest of the line.
