With all the X's in both of the videos we've gotten so far, I can't help but feel like it has something to do with Punk... even though that wouldn't make a whole lot of sense.

I want these videos to start hijacking the opening of Monday Night Raw. After Cena does his salute in the opening video, I want these Revolution clips to air - a new one each week. More people would be likely to see them since it's the opening and it'd make people interested. Also play the same one after the WWE graphic to CLOSE Raw. Then on the 1000th episode, whatever this Revolution is, it finally appears and takes over the WWE.

Maybe (hopefully not) it's Wade Barrett. We have not seen him for a while. His injury should have faded away by now.

I would be very much on board with a Dean Ambrose debut here.

With the X's being used so often it does seem like a Punk video, but it doesn't make sense for it to be him and his character doesn't need anything else.

The Heyman stable would work to a lesser extent, since Brock has already come back.

So for those reasons I think and hope it's Ambrose.

Oh wow, never gave him a thought but he could very well be a possibility too.

Tonight at WWE's Raw tapings in Richmond, VA, Dean Ambrose beat Alex Riley in the opening match. When he came out, Dean cut a promo about how a dark storm cloud is about to cover the WWE Universe.

Dirt sheets are speculating that it could be Matt Morgan. It would be pretty sweet if it is him.

I figured there might be something to him growing his beard out again. If he turns full heel, I suppose they could push Bryan as a face.

I think CM Punk will stay face and start a revolution against John Laurinaitis

I'll be disappointed with Morgan. We don't need another big guy so the writers can have them squash people for months and months. Ryback, Tensai, Brodus, etc. already have nothing to do. It's so boring.

(no discredit to any of the wrestlers - all on the writers)

Amen. All huge busts in terms of making an impact in the ring. Only Brodus' character has caught on, but simply for the novelty. He's the modern day gag reel.

Almost seems a bit like Josh Barnett.

I would like to see them turn Punk heel for a while, and join up with Lesnar and Heyman.

I remember when Batista debut to Raw back in 2002 or 2003. His first feud was with Kane and he won his match at Armageddon. He doesn't squash jobbers for months...

Matt Morgan sucks. Like someone said he'd be annother waste who just sqaushes guys and can't get over. Or he'll be like Ace's bodyguard or something.

Maybe this promo is for Nathan Jones or Sean O'Haire.

Didn't Batista debut as D'Von's Deacon?

It's not CM Punk's revolution, but that most likely is him in the video. If you watch the third video for this Revolution, they show a ton of "revolutions" in the WWE including DX, CM Punk, etc. His image just came up as soon as a soundbite of him saying "can anybody hear me now" or something like that played.

After Dean Ambrose's promo during his dark match, I'd bet this is about Dean Ambrose and the debut of a Lost Generation.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that the WWE Revolution campaign that is on WWE.com is not for a new character that will debut with the company.

Instead of a new character, it appears that the campaign is being used for the release of the new WWE '13 video game that is set to be released in October. The reason that they are putting together this video is because of the E3 Video Game Convention that is being held in early June.
Oh man.
