Even with the guys Moncton is getting from Shawi, their roster are pretty equivalent.

Steeves and Dubeau are close.

Bluelines are close.

Forwards are similar.

There really is no point in debating this lol

This is his draft year, we ll find out soon wether or not he will get picked, he only 17.. I think he will get drafted . He outplayed a 20-year old to be a starter in the Memorial Cup.Hes gonna have a ton of hockey people watching(coaches , scouts , GMs) His stats were great for a 17 -year old, i BELIEVE he ranked 5th or 6th in the entire league, only trailling Domingue , Corbeil,Marcoux,Will .. .904 save percentage and 2.56 GA in the regular season with 40 games played . 2.04 GA and .919 in the playoffs in 7 games...

Either way , my original point wasnt wether or not he gets drafted in the NHL. It was thathe is going to be a star goaltender in the QMJHL for the next 2-3 seasons. He will be Moncton s #1 for the next few seasons and help them . Size dosnt always matter in the QMJHL , you can look at a team like Victoriaville and how many noteworthy players they under 6 feet . Or look at the scoring leaders , many are small and dont make it far in the pros but they tear it up in the Q.

I'm not denying that he won't be a star in the Q, he's probably already top 10, he's very good just small, therefore I'm not sure he can make the jump to pro.

In the case of Victoriaville, it did not help them much in the last few playoffs, did it?

Maybe not but only 1 team can win . Over the years , most President Cup teams have had several key players that were considered small. Shawinigan got bigger this year and they didnt get past the second round. My point was that QMJHL players can be small AND very effective. Even know some dont make it into the pros , they can still be a star in this league.

Oh no, I'm late to the party
Chsb will always do this... Yet we keep feeding him.

I know this was a couple days ago, but Melindy- Racine is a better pair than any two Titan players and it's not up for debate really.

Dubeau is also a better tender.

Steeves impressed me more then dubeau in the series.

I really underrated him.

If we rely on news clips from this morning, LGM intends to be very active at the draft.

Discarding the Titan is all simply making these people shoot themselves in the foot....

I don't see where is the beef except that it does not suit some to admit they could be in the race.
