It must be hard to sing while trying to stay afloat in the ocean of tears that Leaf fans have been crying.

Kovalev hit Tucker. It was a cheap shot Why would someone cheapshot Tucker??? Tucker isn't a dirty player.

Better start thinking about building an arc, cause Toronto is going to be under 100 ft of Leaf tears for the next few years!!!!

My Dad watched the game with me last night. When things went south for the Leafs, I mentionned how Grandma [mother's side, decesed in 1969] wouldn't be pleased, as she was a Leaf fan. He told me she wasn't, that she used to fake it just to annoy my brother n me . I'm freakin' 50 and hearing this now ? Is it any wonder I'm the way I am ?

I live in the heart of Leaf land and it is hilarious listening to their fans whine on the Fan 590.

I wore my Habs Jersey and my Habs hat into the office on Friday and I'll be doing the same tomorrow. I also have my Hab flag on my car. It is so awesome to rub this into their faces. I love it.

Thanks for laying a beating on Ottawa as well. After some of the arrogant things their players have said this year and them running up the scores on quite a few games its nice to see them get humbled.

Funny how the HNIC nuts think Ole is a "so long" song. They really don't catch many Montreal games now do they...

Bob Cole and Harry Neale are morons...

HNIC will be much better once Hughson takes over the commentary.

I didn't watch the game in english just because of those idiots and I'm glad I did! I loved watching the replays in english though just hear them crying.

I watched it in English. Uggh. Neale and Cole are T.O homers big time! It was Leafs, Leafs, Leafs all the time. They knew d*ck all about the Habs. Neale calling the ole, ole, ole song a good-bye song was idiotic. Goes to show you how many Habs games he's seen. Cole at one point just gave up saying Habs names except for well known ones like Kovalev, or Koivu, instead he often resorted to "and the Habs player missed the net", or "a Habs player takes a swipe at the puck."

It's funny though, on replays for sports shows, whether its TSN, Sportsnet, or Score, they almost always use the french version with sound when showing Habs goals regardless of whether there is an english version available. It just sounds better in french.

I know a bunch of Leafs that think the Ole song is stupid.

I think they're just jealous.

It seems that fans have fun when they sing the song. Fun,hmm, they should try that. Hmmm, nobody gets hurt either ? This has to stop.

Not really. Think Billy Joel here.
