I got a feeling that either we blow them up by winning 6-1 or we loose 1-0..

Also got an iffy feeling we're getting an injury tonight..

They've got to realize if they don't get that extra couple of days rest before the finals they will get destroyed regardless if they manage some epic game 7 win or not this series. They are barely moving half these games.

where'd that come from? I suggested it, that i would do and recommend, but i havent heard any rumors that zuke is playing...he was on after practice skating with the scratches, so it has been assumed he is out....dubi sounds like he'll be in the lineup for mitchell

Didn't see that. Saw Dubi, Bickel in; Mitchell, Eminger out, according to Zipay.

thats the assumption...him, mitchell, and eminger stayed out longer after practice skating hard with the normal scratches, so it is assumed they are all out...meaning, dubi, prust, bickel back in

Posted this in another thread, figured it belongs here too. Lets go Rangers. I have a good feeling about tonight. If not now, then when?

Our forwards need to be half a step quicker when the Devils have the puck in the neutral zone. We need to get in their way, and hit them when they dump the puck in. It is imperative we give our D a chance to get the puck move their feet, get their head up and square up their shoulders up the ice before they are hounded by a forechecker.

If this is not possible, then our D need to get the puck up over and out. Lift that puck high in the air into the neutral zone and regroup. Jamming the puck repeatedly up the boards into one of our players and two Devils just isnt working. Between the bouncy ice, the average Devil defense and the speed of guys like Kreider, Hags, Artie, and Gabby we need to put more pressure on their D when they have the puck or are coming into possession. Flipping the puck into the neutral zone when covered in the defensive zone will start to get this done.

Once we get the puck going forward and we dont have an odd man rush, for the love of God cross ice dump . Not a difficult concept.

It is times like these where boys become men. You can see young men grow right before your very eyes. I think our team knows their sum is greater than their parts. Come together, become legends, go down in history in the biggest city in our great land. It is our time, nothing should stop us, there are no guarantees you will ever make it to this point in your career ever again. Think back to Camp Torturella and realize this is what its all about.

Create your legacy tonight boys, I still have the faith. Play your game, dont take no sht, and keep a level head.

LGR win at all costs. Show them something.

They both know better, however based on his PIMs I don't like Deboer's chances against Torts who was a very scrappy Umaine player.
DeBoer played with the Milwaukee Admirals for a few years. It definitely would be an interesting scrap. What Tortorella lacks in size, he makes up in intensity.

It's a Kovalchuk creation. Before the playoffs, Kovalchuk decided to create some team inspired gear for the players only. Due to the devils system taking the characteristics of an aggressive swarm of bees, they came up with the "Swarm it up" motto.
