The lack of killer instinct has reared its face all playoffs. 0-7 when having the chance to go up by 2 games. Losing game 2 when up 2-1. Losing game 2 against Ottawa. Losing game 4 against Ottawa. Then in this game, battling back from a 3 goal deficit to then take their foot off the gas when they tie it? It's just unbelievable.

The way I feel right now is that I wish this was August 1945.

Having hopes that our American pilots confuse Newark with Hiroshima and Los Angeles for Nagasaki.

What a shame. This game had the makings of one of the greatest games ever.

I'm just saying that we don't need to crucify Lundqvist. I know his showing up late to the party is the primary reason we lost this game, but at the same time he's had a great year, and outside of the first 5 mins played well enough to win a game on any night.

We're in for a rough 2 games as it stands, I really just don't feel like hearing from every ****ing negative nancy on gods green earth when most of what I saw tonight was damn good, and we were a millimeter away from another goal twice. I'm more upset about game 4 where we were the new york zombies than I am about a game that we played just the tip but didn't drive it home.

The refs were fine - they missed at least 2 high sticks on us.

The skaters show up for one night and Henke lets in two softies, unreal. I'm still in disbelief that they came back to let it slip with 4 minutes left. I want to crawl in a hole and die.

He carries this ****ing team every game. He had an awful game today but without him we're not even in the playoffs.

I guess we're letting all those picks from the Devils slide.
