The emotional ride was something to behold.

Rage
Elation
Despair

All within a 60 minute game.

Yes, it's true.
Oh stop it. Everyone knows he had a pretty bad last month and a half of the season. During that stretch, he costed us more points than he gained for us. Obviously we wouldn't have finished as high, but this isn't the Rangers of 2005-2009 and 2010-11. We made the playoffs without being carried by him this season. The only thing he did was win the division for us.

It does matter...but only in the grand scheme of things. The Rangers were looking for a Penalty on Gionta when Stepan was high sticked...no ref saw it...Gionta put the puck in the back of the net....one could argue it lead them to play tougher offensively leading Stall to be out of position on the goal off Arties skate...

we could do this all night if you like...

Girardi and Staal did not have a good night. MDZ played his usual game full of Brain Farts.

Haven't felt this depressed by a sport in a long time... I'm still glad that I'm not a Manchester United fan though...

Yea but it woulda given the devils a 4min pp when it was tied 3-3, so...it was pretty fortunate to have been missed for us...

Don't disagree the reffing is bad...just saying that it's bad both ways...

you put up with the one sided announcing all game and then you switch to msg and have to see Chico say to Carter " you know the Rangers have to play there best game in order to beat you. Who's idea at MSG thought this was a good idea. Email MsG and let them know.

Bottom line folks Hank allowed 3 goals, 3 goals, and 4 goals in the 3 losses. I don't care if you're the 80s Oilers you're not scoring 4 goals, 4 goals, and 5 goals on a halfway decent defense in the playoffs. Our offense sucking is not the only reason why we're down 3-2. In fact I'll argue it's a minor reason. It's not all on Hank especially not game 2, but a goalie of his talent needs to be better. He played great in 2 games but gave us little chance in the 3 losses.

Real tough loss, but if we play like we did for most of the game we will win game 6. Hank will bounce back strong.
Sather did screw up not getting a depth defenceman at the deadline. Instead he traded for Scott who cant even skate.

Devils fan here, just want to give your boys credit for playing so hard. Easily your best game of the series. Us winning this evens out you guys miraculously winning game 3 So both teams have now won games they had absolutely no business winning.

If your team plays like this again in game 6, it will be a tough game! Your team played really hard so you should be proud of them. That skate goal was BS IMO, however the Devils were still the luckier team this game. That save in the third where the puck bounced off a skate and then went right into the knob of Marty's stick was unbelievably lucky for us That was like the opposite of a seeing-eye shot. I guess we kind of won in Ranger fashion But if your team plays like this again then the series is certainly not over, so don't get too depressed. When your team plays hard it's all you can ask for.

marty gifted us one, callys couldve been called back, i think we had 2 high sticks that were missed. we caught some breaks, devs caught some breaks, refs were awful but they didnt skew the game as much as youd like to think. it was bad both ways.

And the 1st and 2nd rounds.

Without Hank this team is garbage. He cost us more points than he won? Maybe in March...funny you ignore the rest of the season though, where he was CLEARLY our MVP. You're blind if you don't think he carried us, especially so in the last 2 rounds of the PO's.

A goal that turns a 3-3 game into a 4-3 game means the refs ****ed up.

A possible series deciding game in the Conference Finals.

I have no faith for tippy tappy **** to get called right. But plays that lead to goals?

It wasn't behind the play...IT WAS THE PLAY.

Everything snowblind says, note that I'm saying "this" to it. I just don't want to make the same post over and over.

Back to back games Lundqvist hasn't played well...

And why are they showing more Devil players on the post game?
