This thread is weird. Pissed of GF, then random musings, GF makes a comeback, with new hairdo I might add, then Daniel Tosh shows up. Wheres Gio's nose?

Um, does anyone know what happened to Muttley?

That guy hates the Rangers more than anyone. Come to think of it, I don't even remember him posting during the NJ/PHI series either.

That's what happens when you merge threads and the creation time is inverted. Try to merge small into large only to end up with large into small. Now we got a post game thread trapped in a pissy girlfriend's bottle of hate.

It'll work itself out in an hour.

I see I swore Moriarty was behind it.

Well, I will admit after the tying goal I started watching with the Tivo on forward. First cant stand hthat damn goal song but I was sure they were going down in flames. Then Carter and Gio do their best Arnott and Patty impression and the air hissed out of the Square like aliens with fleeing with Travis Walton.

WOW... just noticed that Clarkson only played 1 second under 12 minutes and that Carter barelly played over 8 minutes yesterday.

Is it me or does Josefson seem to have wings out there. He's skating like the wind and that's a major plus for our forecheck. This kid is going to be a real solid player for us in the next couple of years and the way he plays reminds me a little bit of Patrick Elias.

Yeah you can definitely tell how fresh he is. He's beating every one to the outside and he's showing some fancy stick work too.

Does anyone have the Ryan Carter interview with Pierre after the game?

Both Henrique and JJ haveva little Elias in them. Now if one of the winger types like Wolhberg could over achieve and become a reliabe scorer in the show, the future might just look even better.

I hope I can post at work lol.

Josefson being re-inserted has been pretty solid thus far. I Miss Mutts too

Anyway, who woulda thought we'd be a win away from the Finals? Crazy sometimes. Take into consideration last year as well, how we don't get any recognition around the sports world is insane actually. Lottery team winner to 1 win from the Finals. Ok, lets talk about how a Rangers-Kings Finals would be cool.

It was a kick 7 ways from Sunday. War room is almost as useless as the stupid kicking rule itself. ALL KICKS should be disallowed. Redirects and deflections do not involve a skate changing angle or moving forward in relation to the body imo.

Like I said last night - if marty's head was laying there where the puck was nobody would dispute he got kicked in the head.

Olczyk got my hopes up big time on that one.

I still don't understand how something like that is called a good goal and the one from Thanksgiving weekend that Zach had that got called off (that I'm STLL BITTER ABOUT) was called a kick.

CONSISTENCY!!!!

Kicks should be all good or all disallowed.

I think all high sticks should be good if under the player's shoulder. Sounds potentially dangerous but the ambiguous rules right now are silly at best

He kicked that in for sure. Even my friends, who were cheering against my Devils, admitted that it was kicked in.

If the puck goes off your skate, regardless if you kicked it or not, NO GOAL!

The shoe was on the other foot last night, the Rangers out-played the Devils for most of the game, which we would have lost in the past by giving up a 3 goal lead, but we didn't.

I thought on the Prust goal Marty should have stopped it, but he went for the poke check instead, but I don't blame Marty as much as I blame Zidlicky who caused the turnover. The second goal was defintely kicked in by Cally but he did it nonchalantly
that there was no way Toronto was going to take a goal away from the home team. The 3rd was all on Marty. But we came up big when we needed to.

Thank goodness for the third line, because everyone else was terrible, except Josefson who also had a good game. We deifinitely must play a lot better and put this series away at home. This isn't 1994. What's wrong with Clarkson, injury?
